Well, people with a degree in Management are required everywhere, so the demand for this course has increased many folds not just for Masters programmes like MBA, PGDM etc but also Management courses after 12th like the 5 years Integrated MBA, 3 years BMS, BBA, etc.
Courses: The various courses at the undergraduate level in Business and Management that are offered in India are the 5 years Integrated MBA or 5-year Integrated Masters in Business Administration, 3 years courses of BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies), BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), BBE (Bachelor of Business Economics), BBA FIA (Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Investment Analysis), etc. There are few colleges that provide courses in Sports Management, Fashion Management, etc too also there are few Engineering Colleges and Universities that provide 6 years Integrated B.Tech +MBA dual Degree courses.
Eligibility:
Subject requirements: Students from any subject combinations are eligible (Science, Arts and Commerce). Although for some courses offered at various Institutes or Universities Mathematics is compulsory in 12th or its equivalent for the admission in the various Undergraduate Management courses. For Eg: The BMS/BBA(FIA) course offered by the various colleges of Delhi University requires mathematics in 12th or its equivalent as a prerequisite for admission.
Age Limit: For IPM candidates must be less than or equal to 20 years and for SC/ST/Pwd candidates the age limit is relaxed to less than or equal to 25 years.
Although a student who is giving the IPMAT must have appeared or passed class 12th or equivalent in the current academic year or consecutive last two years only.
For example: Admissions in the year 2021 will not be given to students who have passed class 10+2 or equivalent in 2018 or before.
Educational Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent.
Marks Requirement: For IPM a student must score at least 60% in both class 10th and 12th or their equivalents and for the SC/ST/Pwd candidates it is relaxed to 55%.
Major Entrance Exams:
IPMAT (IIM Indore): This examination is conducted for admissions into the 5 years Integrated Programme in Management offered by IIM Indore. It is by far the most desired programme in management which students in India want to enter after completing their school education.
The revised structure of the admission process in consideration of the Covid-19 pandemic is declared by IIM Indore as follows:
Stage 1: Students apply for the admission to IPM Indore on its official website.
Stage 2:Based on the applications received, candidates satisfying minimum eligibility criteria will be called for the Aptitude Test (AT) to be conducted across many cities in the country.
The pattern of AT will be as follows:
1. There will be three sections in the Aptitude Test namely Quantitative Ability (Multiple Choice Question-MCQ), Quantitative Ability (Short Answer Question-SA) and Verbal Ability (Multiple Choice Question-MCQ).
2. Each question will carry 4 marks.
3. There will be a negative marking of 1 negative mark for each wrong answer except for in the Quantitative Ability (SA) Section (these questions will not carry any negative marking).

5. Candidates must answer the sections in a pre-specified order and this order will remain the same for all the candidates. The above table does not indicate the final order of sections in the Test.
Stage-3: In this stage, the eligible pool for Stage-4 {i.e. shortlisting for Video Based Assessment} is created considering only the candidates having positive raw scores and a minimum mark in each of the three sections of Aptitude Test. The minimum cut off marks in each section will be decided by the Admissions Committee. The minimum cut off marks in each section will be based on the categories of applicants.
Individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are rejected at this stage.
Stage 4: Sufficient number of candidates will be shortlisted for Video-Based
Assessment stage from the eligible pool (refer Stage- 3) for each category (General, EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST and PwD) using the merit list generated based on Aptitude Test Score (ATS) as mentioned in Table below:

Note: Maximum and Minimum scores are the highest and lowest scores obtained in respective sections by the candidates from the eligible pool.
Video-Based Assessment: Candidates shortlisted for the Video Based Assessment will be required to upload a self-recorded video file within a stipulated time period soon after the announcement of the Aptitude Test Result. Candidates will be given a set of questions on which they will be required to record their video and upload it within the given time period.
Candidates failing to upload the self-recorded video in the stipulated time will be disqualified from the further selection process.
Stage 5: Only those candidates satisfying the requirements mentioned in earlier stages will be considered for the final selection. Category wise merit list will be generated based on Composite Score (CS) as mentioned in Table below and provisional admission offers will be made accordingly adhering to the Government of India reservation norms.

Note: Owing to the ongoing COVID Pandemic, the Admissions Committee of IIM Indore, after due deliberations and considerations, decided to drop the WAT & in-person Interview components for 2020. In lieu of WAT and in-person interviews, the committee decided to use Video-based assessment for 2020. And hence, the final admission will be offered based on the Composite Score as per the calculation mentioned above.
IPM AT (IIM Rohtak): This examination is conducted for the admissions in the 5 years Integrated MBA course provided by IIM Rohtak after class 12th or equivalent. Just like IIM Indore, this is also among the top wishes of every class 12th student who wishes for an Integrated Management course.
On successful completion of the academic rigor of 5 years, the participant will be awarded Master of Business Administration (MBA) by IIM Rohtak. If any student intends to exit after successfully completing the program requirement at the end of 3 years, he/she will be awarded a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

St.Xavier’s BMS Entrance Test:
This examination is conducted for admissions in the Three years BMS or Bachelor in Management Studies course offered by St.Xavier’s Mumbai. This is one of the most renowned legendary colleges in India.
The admission criteria for admissions are as follows:
60% weightage to the score in Entrance Test and 40% weightage to the class XII or equivalent Aggregate marks.

DU JAT (DUET): The Delhi University Joint Admission Test or DU JAT is conducted as one of the DUET or Delhi University Entrance Tests which are conducted for admissions in the various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered in various departments and colleges of Delhi University.
DU JAT serves as the admission criteria for the Undergraduate Management courses after 12th or its equivalent for the courses like BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies), BBA FIA (Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Investment Analysis) and BBE (Bachelor of Business Economics) in various colleges affiliated to the University of Delhi.
The most famous and reputed college of these is Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies.
