UCEED 2024 Exam Conducted, Answer Key Out Tomorrow

IIT Bombay conducted the UCEED 2024 on January 21, 2024 (9 am – 12 noon). IIT Bombay will release the draft answer key of UCEED and CEED 2024 on January 23, 2024. The link to download the key, which will be available in PDF format, will be provided here. The candidate can challenge the UCEED 2024 draft key till January 25, 2024 (5 pm). The final answer key will be released on January 31, 2024.

As per the analysis, the difficulty level of the UCEED 2024 question paper was easy to moderate. The UCEED 2024 cut-off is expected to be higher than last year. The paper was a bit lengthy.

The UCEED 2024 exam was conducted on January 21, 2024. Part A of the exam was administered in CBT mode, while Part B was held offline. The results of UCEED 2024 will be declared on March 8, 2024. IIT Bombay will release the cut-off marks for Part A on February 8, 2024.

• IIT Bombay will release the UCEED 2024 draft answer key on January 23, 2024. The question paper for UCEED 2024 will also be released alongside.

• The draft answer key contained the official answers to questions asked in the entrance exam.

• The candidate can use the keys to calculate probable scores.

• Objections against the draft answer key can be filed from January 23-25, 2024, (5 pm). Complaints have to be submitted through the candidate portal; comments or objections sent by mail or other modes will not be accepted.

• It may be noted that the order of questions in the question paper may vary for each candidate, so they must use the Master Question Paper for uploading their complaints/queries.

• The responses of candidates for Part A – UCEED 2024 can be downloaded only till the declaration of exam results.

• The final answer key of UCEED 2024 will be released on January 31, 2024, after considering feedback from the candidate.

The analysis will cover key aspects like the overall and sectional difficulty, the types of questions asked, the time required to solve the question paper, and the expected cut-off.

UCEED 2024 question paper was easy. Some candidates felt that the paper was a bit lengthy. Also, there were very few surprises, if we consider that the UCEED syllabus was revised.

The scores of the UCEED 2024 exam will be considered for admission to the Bachelor of Design (BDes) course offered by the five participating institutes: Industrial Design Centre- IIT Bombay (IDCIITB), IIT Delhi. IIT Guwahati (IITG), IIT Hyderabad (IITH), and IIITDM Jabalpur.

How to Raise Objections/ Comments on UCEED Answer Key?

• If the candidate feels that a Key (s) is wrong, then he or she can file an objection through the candidate portal.

• The step-wise process of raising objections against the UCEED 2024 draft answer key is given below:

• Log in to the candidate portal

• Select the question number as mentioned in the uploaded UCEED 2024 question paper.

• Provide justification for raising an objection. Aspirants need to provide complete solutions with diagrams if they feel any answer is incorrectly marked in the UCEED draft answer key. Along with that, candidates need to mention the alternate answer.

• All comments on the UCEED draft answer key need to be compiled in a single email.

• UCEED exam office will not respond to individual emails sent by candidates. However, all emails will be read carefully and issues will be checked thoroughly.
