UCEED 2021 Third Round Seat Allotment Result Released

The list of selected candidates in the 3rd round of admissions to the BDes program at IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur, for Academic Year 2021-2022 has been announced. Please read the information given in the document carefully. 

Undergraduate design candidates who qualified for UCEED 2021 will be allotted seats in the participating institutions based on their ranks, categories, and choice of institutions.

Students who have qualified for the UCEED 2021 examination and have opted for the seat allotment would be able to check the result on the official website, uceed.iitb.ac.in.
The selected candidates will be sent provisional allotment letters from the UCEED Office to their registered email addresses. Each candidate will receive the UCEED seat allotment letter by logging into the online admission portal. The letter would bear details such as UCEED roll number, opening and closing ranks of institutions, category, and seat allotment result.

Deadline:

Candidates must decide if they want to accept the seat allotment, choice of FREEZE/FLOAT, and payment of the seat acceptance fee by June 26, 2021, 23:55 hours.

Steps to Check UCEED Seat Allotment

Step 1: Visit the website of Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design - IIT B.

Step 2: Go to the UCEED 2021 seat allotment tab flashing on the homepage.

Step 3: Select the category and login in by providing the required credentials.

Step 4: Check and download the UCEED 2021 third-round seat allotment result. Click Here for direct link

Step 5: Take a print of the seat allotment result for future reference.

In case students are not satisfied with the allotted seat, they can choose the ‘float’ option. Students are advised to keep a check on the official site mentioned above for more updates on UCEED 2021 first, second and third round seat allotment results.

The shortlisted candidates will have to freeze their allotted seats. They will have to pay the admission fee and report to the allotted institute physically within the given deadline. They will also have to participate in the document verification process.

REFUND POLICY FOR BDes ADMISSION 2021
• The last date to withdraw/cancel a provisionally allotted seat is August 16, 2021.
• For those candidates who withdrew/cancelled their seats on or before August 16, 2021, the seat acceptance fees (after deducting the processing fee) will be refunded to the mentioned bank account details at the time of filling out BDes Application for admission.
