SRMJEEE 2022 Phase 1 Conducted

The SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) concluded phase 1 of the SRM Joint Engineering Examination 2022 on 8th & 9th January. The SRMJEEE 2022 exam is being conducted in remote proctored mode due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. The timing of the SRMJEEE exam 2022 was from 1 PM to 3:30 PM.

SRMIST will conduct the SRMJEEE 2022 exam in three phases - the phase 1 is going on, while phase 2 will be held on April 23 & 24 and phase 3 is scheduled for June 25 & 26, 2022.

SRMJEEE 2022 exam pattern

The exam duration will be 2 hours and 30 minutes while the question paper will be in multiple choice format. The question paper will be based on subjects such as – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and General Aptitude.

SRMJEE 2022 Exam Guidelines

Candidates taking the exam must have a computer system/laptop with good RAM and space so that it doesn’t lag during the test. They must also have a high speed internet facility. The system must have a working mic and camera.

Candidates must have their phone in switched on mode as the login related details will be sent on the mobile phone as well.

An official might also call the aspirants prior to the exam to discuss exam rules and instructions.

Candidates will be observed during the test hence, they must ensure that there is no disturbance around them.

Aspirants must also make sure to not use any books, notes to answer the questions that may lead to their termination.

About SRMJEEE 2022

As mentioned in the SRMJEEE 2022 notification, it is a university level examination conducted for admission of candidates into undergraduate B.Tech programmes offered in SRMIST – Chennai (Vadapalani, Ramapuram, Kattankulathur, Tiruchirappalli and Delhi – NCR Campus – Ghaziabad (UP), SRM University – Sonepat, Haryana and SRM University, AP – Andhra Pradesh.
