SRMJEEE 2022 Exam Date Announced

The SRM Institute of Science and Technology has announced the SRMJEEE 2022 exam date on the official website.

While SRMJEEE application form 2022 was released on November 16 at www.srmist.edu.in , the last date of application for phase one is January 2. However, the last date to fill the SRMJEEE application form 2022 is April 18 & June 20 for phase 2 & 3, respectively.

Candidates should note that the SRMJEEE 2022 will be conducted as a computer-based exam on January 8 & 9 for phase 1.

SRMJEEE 2022 exam date as follows.

Phase 1: January 8 & 9, 2022

The SRMJEEE Application Form 2022 will be available for online registration tentatively from the 1^st week of January, 2022 and will be available till the last week of April, 2022. The Application form will be available online on the SRMJEEE official website: www.srmist.edu .

The SRMJEEE Application Form 2022 can be filled both Online as well as Offline.

The candidates can simply fill the form either online or offline as follows:

Option 1: Apply Online with e-payment.

Option 2: Fill the Computer Generated OMR Form and send it to SRMIST for submission.

The Application Fee for SRMJEEE is ₹1100.

The SRMJEEE Application Form 2022 can be filled in the Online mode by following these steps:

Step1: Registration- This is the first step in which the candidates will have to visit the SRMIST Official website: www.srmist.edu click on Apply for SRMJEEE 2022 and complete the online registration by entering the following details:

• Name of the candidate
• Email ID
• Mobile Number
• Create Password
• City and State
• Captcha code

After successful registration, an email will be sent to the registered email id of the candidates.

Step 2: Verify Email Id- In the next step, candidates will have to verify their email id via the email received by them from the authorities after successful registration.

Step 3: Fill Application Form- In this step candidates will have to login on the candidate portal and fill all the required details to completely fill the application form as mentioned below-

Candidates will have to first select their “Nationality” and click on the “Next” button.

Preferences and Personal Details-

• Course, Specialization and Campus Preferences 1, 2 and 3
• Test City Preferences 1, 2 and 3
• Name - Title, First Name, Middle Name & Last Name
• Gender
• Religion
• Community
• Date of Birth
• Mother Tongue
• Nationality
• Alternate Email ID
• Medium of Instruction
• Blood Group
• Are you Differently Abled (No/Yes)?

After this, candidates will have to click on the ‘Next’ button to fill parent’s and address details.

Parent's and Address Details - Candidates also have to fill the following details:

• Father's name, email ID & mobile number, Occupation
• Mother's name, email ID & mobile number, Occupation
• Address
• City
• District
• State
• Pincode
• Country

After this, candidates will have to click on the “Next” button.

Academic Details - Candidates will have to fill the following required academic details.

• Current Education Qualification status- Appearing/Appeared
• Candidate's Name as in 10th Certificate
• Current Education Qualification Status
• Institute Name of Class 10 & 12, Board, Marking Scheme, Secured CGPA/Percentage, Registration Number & Year of Passing

After this, candidates have to click on the “Make payment” button.

Step 4: Pay Application Fee- Once the candidates will click on the “Make payment” button, they will be redirected to the payment page where candidates will have to pay the application fee of ₹1100 in online mode.

Step 5: Upload Documents- After successful payment, candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature as per the specifications provided by authorities.

Step 6: Submit Application Form- In the last step, candidates will have to check the declaration box and finally submit their application.

Online with Demand Draft- For submitting the application fee through Demand Draft (DD), candidates will have to complete all the steps of the online mode the same as mentioned above. The only difference is they will have to select the “DD” option in the payment step. Candidates will have to pay the application fee of ₹1100 through a DD and enter the following details in the form-

• Bank Name
• DD Number
• DD Date

After this, candidates will be able to complete the next steps of application i.e. uploading documents and submission of form.

The SRMJEEE Application Form 2022 can be filled in the Offline Mode by following these instructions:

• General Instructions:

1. The application form should be filled up by the candidate in his / her own handwriting.
2. Only the Original application should be sent.
3. Application form will be machine- processed. Hence take utmost care while writing with a black ink ball-point pen in the boxes wherever provided. Corresponding to the above, darken the alphabet / numeral/ oval using only an HB pencil only.
4. To change a marking, erase the darkened spot completely and make a fresh mark.
5. Do not scribble, cut, tear or erase the application form. Do not put any stray pencil marks anywhere on the application form.
6. Do not write, make any mark on / deface the Barcode.
7. Candidate’s photograph, signature, and e-mail ID are to be machine-scanned. So, paste a recent, good-quality colour photograph of you against a light coloured background. Write your e-mail ID using only a black ink ball-point pen.
8. Application must be complete in all respects. An incomplete application or application filled in any other language than English will be rejected.
9. Options once filled in the application form cannot be changed at a later stage.
10. Candidates are advised to retain with them a photocopy of the filled application form future reference.

• Filling the Application Form: Fill the application form completely by entering all the required details in all the items asked in the OMR Application Form including Personal Details like Name, Category, Nationality, Mother Tongue, Date of Birth, State & Union Territory etc. Students will also enter their Hostel Preference, Choose their University preference as one or more campus along with their Test Cities and Test Centre choices. Communication Details like Mobile Number, Email Id, Communication Address will also be mentioned. The candidates will also enter their academic details of class 12^th or its equivalent along with the details of their parents. In the application form candidates will also provide their signature and latest photograph.

• Submission of Application:  The candidates will have to submit the filled application form via a standard post to the SRMIST Office before the last date of submission along with a DD or Demand Draft of ₹1100 in favor of SRMIST as the Application Fee. Applications received after due date will not be accepted and the Institute will not be responsible for any postal delays.
