The National Institute of Fashion Technology has started the process of the 2nd Round of NIFT 2021 counseling in online mode. The second round of Online Counseling will commence from 13th August 2021 to 18th August 2021 as per the schedule given below. The candidates can download their call letter from the registration portal http:/nift.applyadmission.net/ using their login credentials as well as from the NIFT website www.nift.ac.in .
The registration window for NIFT counseling 2021 was between 3rd August and 6th August. The shortlisted candidates can register for the NIFT counseling by providing the required details. NIFT 2021 counseling is conducting to fill a total of 4,517 seats. NIFT Entrance Exam is conducted every year to offer admission to the student in the design programs.

After allotment of seats, the candidate can download their Allotment Confirmation Letter and Bill of Supply from the Registration Portal.
The process for seat allotment in Round 2 is the same as Round 1, the seats that remain vacant after Round 1 will be allocated in Round 2.
Withdrawal of Admission after admission and refund of fee:
A candidate, who has taken admission once and then withdraws, will not be considered for admission during subsequent rounds of counseling.
In case the candidate is seeking a refund before the commencement of the academic session, the request for withdrawal of admission in the prescribed proforma may be submitted to the Director of the Campus where the candidate attended the counseling. After commencement of the academic session, a refund request may be submitted to the Director of the Campus allotted to the candidate. The candidates will be required to surrender the original Admission Receipt issued at the time of Counselling/Admission while applying for withdrawal of admission. Requests for withdrawal of admission would not be entertained without original admission receipts.

There would be only two rounds of counseling. The seats vacated by the candidates in the Round 1 would be offered for admission in the second round. Therefore, the candidates who will withdraw after the transfer of the vacant seat for Round 2 will be paid only Security Deposit. |

3. Advisory: The admitted candidates who are not willing to join the allotted campus/programme are advised to submit their withdrawal on or before the transfer of vacant seats for Round 2 in their own interest and in the interest of other applicants and NIFT. |
