JEE Main Third Session Final Answer Key released by NTA

Due to the second wave of coronavirus cases, the National Test Agency (NTA) had to postpone the April and May sessions of the JEE Main exam. The third session was conducted on 4 days, i.e., July 20, 22, 25, and 27. The exam was conducted as a computer-based test (CBT), for around 7.09 lakh candidates.

Students can now download the final JEE Main 2021 answer key for the third attempt in PDF format. The exam authorities have released the JEE Main final answer key after considering all the objections raised by the candidates.

Earlier the National Testing Agency had uploaded the Provisional Answer Keys along with the Question Paper with Recorded Responses on the JEE (Main) website https://jeemain.nta.nic.in for candidates to challenge.

How to download the JEE Main answer key 2021?

Candidates can check the detailed steps below to download the July session final answer key of JEE Main. No credentials are needed to download the JEE Main final answer key 2021.

  • Go to the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the “JEE Main answer key (final)” link.
  • The final JEE Main 2021 answer key will appear on the screen
  • The final answer key also consists of the questions dropped after considering candidate objections against the provisional answer key.

The NTA will soon announce the JEE Main result 2021 for the third attempt. Students who appeared in the JEE Main exam for phase 3 will be able to check their results on the official web portal. In order to check the result of JEE Main 2021, they have to log in using the application number and date of birth.

Candidates should note that the authorities release a separate JEE 2021 answer key for all sessions. The official JEE Main answer key has been released for sessions includes for February, March, and April (3td phase). The answer key for the third session of JEE Main will be released after the conclusion of the examination i.e, after September 2.

The procedure (as enclosed) for the challenge of Answer Key may be used. The candidates, who are not satisfied with the answer key, may challenge the same by paying a fee of ₹ 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) per question challenged as a non-refundable processing fee. This facility is available from March 20, 2021 to March 22, 2021 (upto 01.00 PM).

The payment of the processing fee may be made through, Debit card/Credit Card/Net Banking/Paytm upto March 22, 2021 (upto 03.00 PM). No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee. Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts. If found correct, the answer key will be revised accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the Experts after the challenge will be final.
