JEE Main Result (February) 2021 Declared: Check NTA Direct Link to check Score

New Delhi:  The JEE Main Result for the February Session 2021 has been declared by NTA on JEE Main NTA website: www.jeemain.nta.nic.in. The Result has been declared for the students who have appeared for the examination on 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th February, 2021 for Paper 1 or for B.E/B.Tech , the result for Paper 2A and Paper 2B for  B.Arch and B.Planning respectively will be declared within few days.

As per the NTA, a total of 620978 candidates appeared for the JEE Main Paper 1 for B.E/B.Tech in the February session out of the 652627 candidates who registered for the examination.

NTA Scores are normalized scores across multi-session papers and are based on the relative performance of all those who appeared for the examination in one session. The marks obtained are converted into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees.

The Final Answer Key for the Paper 1- B.E/B.Tech of February 2021 session was declared late in the evening on 7th March, 2021. Candidates can download the same here: JEE Main February 2021 Final Answer Key

A total of 6,61,776 candidates registered for the JEE Main February Session 2021, out of which 6,52,627 candidates registered for the Paper 1 of B.E/B.Tech and 63,065 candidates had registered for Paper 2 A and 2 B for B.Arch and B.Planning respectively. As per the NTA sources around 95% of the candidates registered for the February Session showed up on the exam dates held in 4 shifts at 331 Test Centres all across the country. This year the examination is being held four times and with an increased number of test centres due to covid 19 pandemic situation.

Candidates can check their Score Card having their Overall and Subjectwise/Sectionwise Scores and Percentile by logging into their Registered Account through their JEE Main Login details. No result via post will be sent and the results are declared only in the online mode. The Candidates can check and Download their JEE Main Score Card for the February Session 2021. 

The students can check their Score and Percentile here directly by entering their Application/Registration Number and Date of Birth/Password respectively. The cutoff for JEE Advanced 2021 will be declared once the Results of all the Sessions are released. The NTA will also release the list of toppers who have scored 100 Percentile Marks in the February session along with the JEE Main February Result.

Along with the JEE Main Score, the NTA also releases the Final Answer key and all the question papers.

For the final result of JEE Main 2021, the normalization process is completed for all the candidates who appeared for JEE Main 2021 in both the February and May attempts. Candidates who appeared both times are considered with their best score in either of the attempts.

In the JEE Main Result 2021, the NTA will also declare the Qualification Status of the candidates for the JEE Advanced 2021 as per the cut-off decided by the Joint Admission Board or JAB of the IITs.

The JEE Main Result 2021 will contain the following information:

  • Candidate All India Rank
  • Candidate Category Rank
  • Score Obtained in all Subjects and Total Score
  • Qualification Status for JEE Advanced.

The Selected top candidates in JEE Main Result 2021 will be eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced 2021 which will be conducted by the IITs for admissions in their various undergraduate Engineering, Science, and Architecture courses.

The JEE Main Examination for the March session will be conducted on 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th March respectively. Unlike the February Session this time the examination will be conducted only for Paper 1 - B.E/B.Tech and not for Paper 2 A and 2 B for B.Arch and B.Planning. This year JEE Main is being conducted in 13 languages.

JEE Main Exam Pattern 2021- Paper 1 (B.Tech)

Candidates willing to appear for JEE Main 2021 Paper 1 should check the exam pattern for the paper here. The exam will be conducted in online mode and will have multiple-choice questions along with questions with numerical value answers.
