JEE Main dates released for flood affected students in Maharashtra

JEE (Main) – 2021 Third session was conducted on 20, 22, 25, and 27 July 2021 in 334 cities throughout India and abroad.

Due to the heavy rains in Maharashtra, a large number of students couldn’t reach the examination halls in the cities of Kolhapur, Palghar, Ratnagiri, Raigadh, Sindhudurg, Sangli, and Satara. To help the students in these cities, NTA has decided to grant another opportunity to them. The JEE Main exam will be conducted on Aug 3 and 4 for these students.

The above examination is being conducted only for the candidates who had examination centers in the cities of Kolhapur, Palghar, Ratnagiri, Raigadh, Sindhudurg, Sangli and Satara in Maharashtra for the JEE (Main) – 2021 Session – 3 examination conducted on 25 and 27 July 2021 and who could not appear on those dates.

Such candidates are advised to download their Admit Cards on the date indicated above and appear for the examination as per the details mentioned on their Admit Cards. 

NTA will release the JEE Main 2021 admit card for re-exam tomorrow, July 29. Candidates will be able to download the JEE Main 2021 admit card from the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Steps to download JEE Main 2021 admit card

  • Visit JEE Main 2021 official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  • Click on the ‘Download admit card - July (Session 3), 2021’ link.
  • Submit the required details such as exam session, application number, date of birth and security pin.
  • Upon successful login, the JEE Main 2021 admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download and take a printout of the same.

The NTA has not yet released the JEE Main 2021 answer key for session 3 yet. The JEE Main 2021 Fourth Session dates have also been announced. The NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2021 session 4 on August 26, 27, 31, September 1, and 2.
