JEE Main 2022 July Session Exam Begins today, As per the official date sheet, the JEE Main 2022 Engineering Entrance exam for SSession2 is all set to get underway from today i.e. 25th July. The july session of JEE Main 2022 exam will be held over a period stating today i.e. on 25th to 30th july
Keeping in mind the safety of students and smooth conduct of the examination, NTA has issued detailed exam guidelines, COVID-19 precautions and dress code details.
The National Testing Agency will be conducting the JEE (Main) July 2022 exams in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at different centres located in 500 cities throughout the country.
Along with the JEE Main 2022 admit card, students have to carry a valid photo ID card and the self-declaration undertaking.

According to the schedule released by the NTA, the JEE Main 2022 exam which will be starting from today, will be held in two shifts i.e. morning and afternoon shift. The morning shift would commence from 9 AM to 12 PM while the evening shift would operate from 3 PM to 6 PM.
The agency has released a detailed set of guidelines and precautionary measures to ensure safety of students and smooth conduct of the examination. The key among them are as follows:
JEE Main 2022: Things to keep in mind during Exam
The JEE Main BArch Paper held for a total of 400 marks will have Mathematics, Aptitude and Drawing section and JEE Main BPlanning paper has Mathematics, Aptitude and Planning-based questions for a total of 400 marks.
The exam pattern of JEE Main 2022 is divided into JEE Paper 1 pattern for B.Tech and JEE Paper 2 pattern for B. Arch and B. Planning. As per JEE Main exam pattern 2021, each subject will have 20 MCQs and 10 Numerical Value Questions and out of 10 only 5 have to be done. According to the JEE Main exam pattern, both the papers will be conducted in online mode except for the Drawing test for B.Arch

JEE Main Marking Scheme for Paper 2 is- MCQs- Candidates will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer and there will be a negative marking of 1 mark on each incorrect answer. Questions with numerical value answers - Candidates will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking.
