JEE Main 2021 March session Day 1 (Shift 1 & 2)  Conducted Today

The exam was held in two shifts, the morning shift started from 9 AM to 12 PM and the afternoon shift started from 3 PM to 6 PM. The complete JEE Mains exam timings are provided in the below table-

As per the student's reaction, the exam was moderate to difficult. Rohan, a student who has appeared in JEE Main 2021 March Session Day 1 Shift 1, found a few questions confusing in Chemistry. Out of all three subjects, Physics was the toughest section.

Another student said that there were too many physical chemistry questions surprisingly. After expecting less calculation, the paper seemed tough. As for Mathematics, students reported a moderate and expected difficulty level.

Physics - Overall JEE Main difficulty level for Physics is moderate. In Physics, 12 questions were very easy and direct, 10 moderate. JEE main 2021 questions from Modern Physics and Logic gates were important.

Chemistry - The chemistry section in JEE Main March 2021 was easy. Topics like acidity-basicity, metallurgy, biomolecules, and coordination compounds were asked.

Mathematics - The overall JEE Main 2021 Mathematics section was easy to moderate in difficulty. Topics like common tangents, definite and mathematical reasoning were asked

Mayank who appeared in today's session shift 2 said that Mathematics was tough while Physics and Chemistry were of easiest level.

Students were waiting outside the JEE Main 2021 exam centre to get the entry. The reporting time for shift 1 exam was 8AM and the exam will start 9:00 AM

Students entering the exam hall. Authorities are checking the JEE Main admit card 2021 and student self-declaration form. Hence, it is suggested to keep the JEE hall ticket and a photo ID proof ready to enter the exam hall.
