JEE ADVANCED 2022 CONCLUDED

Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay has concluded the JEE Advanced 2022 yesterday at 5:30 PM. The authorities conducted the JEE Advanced paper 1 exam from 9 AM to 12 noon while paper 2 was conducted from 2:30 to 5:30 PM. Applicants who appeared for the exam can now check the JEE Advanced 2022 exam analysis based on candidate’s reaction here. Various institutes has also released the unofficial JEE Advanced answer key and question paper at their website.

Candidates appearing for the exam were advised carry their JEE Advanced 2022 admit card along with one valid photo ID proof at the exam centre. JEE Advanced 2022 - Exam Day Guidelines

• Applicants must reach the JEE Advanced exam centre at least 60 minimum before the commencement of the exam.

• Candidates have to carry JEE Advanced 2022 hall ticket along with one valid photo ID proof.

• Applicants were allowed to carry their personal face mask, transparent water bottle and hand sanitizer inside the JEE Advanced exam hall .

• Candidates were advised not to carry any restricted item like calculators, mobile phones or other electronic devices inside the examination hall.

IIT Bombay will release the JEE Advanced 2022 official answer key on September 3. Applicants will be able to raise objections in the JEE Advanced answer key till September 4. The result of JEE Advanced 2022 will be released on September 11 along with one valid ID proof.

The overall difficulty level of paper was Moderate but lengthy.

• Physics: This section was lengthy but Moderate, with the balance of class 11th and 12th.

• Chemistry: This section was lengthy compared to paper 1 Moderate, with more weightage on organic and less on inorganic.

• Mathematics: This section was lengthy and Moderate, balanced between 11th and 12th.

JEE Advanced 2022 - Response sheet

IIT Bombay will release the JEE Advanced 2022 response sheet 2022 on September 1 at jeeadv.ac.in. Applicants appearing for the exam will be able to download their JEE Advanced response sheet through their login credentials. With the help of response sheet of JEE Advanced, applicants will be able to check their recorded response.

JEE Advanced 2022 - Result date

IITB has released the JEE Advanced 2022 result date at jeeadv.ac.in. Applicants appearing for the exam will be able to check JEE Advanced result 2022 on September 11. Applicants will be required their roll number, date of birth and phone number to check JEE Advanced results.

JEE Advanced 2022 - Exam analysis by FIITJEE

As per the Ramesh Batlish, Head-FIITJEE Noida, the Chemistry section was easy while Physics & Mathematics was Moderate to Tough Level & Lengthy.

Chemistry (Easy) - This section was balanced. In Physical Chemistry, there were questions from Electrochemistry, Mole Concept, Surface Chemistry, Thermodynamics & Chemical Kinetics. Organic Chemistry was well distributed with more mixed concept-based questions. No direct questions in Inorganic Chemistry, there were questions from p-block specially reaction based.

Physics (Moderate & Lengthy)- There were more concept based and covered all chapters. Students reported this section to be Moderate. Questions were asked from Optics, Kinematics, Work Power & Energy, Rotational Motion, Thermodynamics mixed with Surface Tension, Current Electricity, Electrostatics, Magnetism. Mixed concepts questions took more time, so some students found this section lengthy.

Mathematics (Moderately & Lengthy) - There were more questions from Calculus & Coordinate Geometry. Questions were mixed concept questions clubbing two chapters asked from Functions & Progressions, Application of Derivatives clubbed with Differential Equation, Circle clubbed with Trigonometry, Vectors clubbed with Matrices, and some direct questions from Hyperbola, Ellipse, Permutation & Combination, Probability, Definite Integration with Inverse of function. Questions had lengthy calculations.
