IPMAT 2022 To be Conducted on 2nd July

IPMAT will be conducted on Saturday, July 2, 2022 (morning shift). IPMAT is a national level entrance test conducted for admission to the five-year integrated programme offered by IIM Indore

The students will be provided Bachelors of Arts (Foundations of Management) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) by IIM Indore at the end of the programme

IPMAT is usually conducted in the computer-based test mode but this year due to the coronavirus situation, IPMAT 2022 was conducted in the internet-based test mode .IPMAT has three sections- Quantitative Ability (MCQs), Quantitative Ability (Short Answers), Verbal Ability. The IPMAT exam is usually of moderate difficulty level

Candidates who wish to get admission to the five-year integrated programme of IIM Indore must know that the programme is broadly divided into two phases; Phase I is the first three years of the programme and Phase II includes the remaining two years. Let’s take a look at the two phases in detail:

Phase I: Phase I of the programme builds the foundation. The students are required to complete a social internship at the end of the first three years along with the classwork.

Phase II: Phase II of the programme focuses on Business Management. The students are required to complete a business internship between the fourth and fifth year along with classwork.

IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2022

• IPMAT eligibility 2022 is a set of requirements as mentioned by IIM Indore, that students must fulfill for admission to the five-year Integrated Programme in Management. The eligibility criteria for IPMAT 2022 is as under –

• The candidate should have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate in Class 10/SSC and Class 12/ HSC or equivalent examination in the case of General and NC-OBC category

• The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination in 2020, 2021 or in 2022

• Also, the candidate should be of maximum 20 years of age as on July 31, 2022

• The candidate should have scored a minimum of 55% aggregate in Class 10/SSC and Class 12/ HSC or equivalent examination in case of SC, ST and PWD (DA) category

State Wise Eligibility Criteria for General and NC/OBC category

• Candidates applying for the exam should have obtained an aggregate of 60% aggregate in both Class 10 and Class 12 or the overall score of SAT should be 1600 out of 2400

• Candidates who will be appearing for the Class 12 examination or are waiting for the results can also apply for the examination

• The candidate should not be more than 20 years of age as on July 31, 2022

SC, ST and PWD/DA category

• Candidates applying for the exam should have obtained an aggregate of 55% aggregate in both Class 10 and Class 12 or the overall score of SAT should be 1475 out of 2400

• Candidates appearing for the Class 12 examination or are waiting for the results can appear for the examination

• The candidate should not exceed 22 years of age as on July 31, 2022
