The IPM AT (IIM Rohtak) or IPM Aptitude Test or Integrated Programme of Management Aptitude Test (IIM Rohtak) is conducted for admissions in the special 5 years Integrated Programme of Management designed by IIM Rohtak for the students after class 12th or its equivalent. In India, it is the second IIM or Indian Institute of Management to do the same after IIM Indore.

Note 1: Candidates who are likely to complete standard XII/ HSC or equivalent by the end of July 2021 can also apply, subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria after the declaration of results (only in case of XIIth standard) as mentioned above. If selected, such candidates will be offered admission to the program provisionally.
At the time of registration for the program, such candidates must produce X and XII standard mark sheets (securing minimum marks i.e. 60% for General, EWS, and NC-OBC or 55% for SC, ST, and PWD) along with school-leaving certificate/migration certificate, failing which the candidate’s admission offer stands canceled.
Note 2: The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in X and XII Standard would be calculated based on the aggregate marks of the best five subjects that appear in the mark sheet/grade sheet irrespective of the Board’s regulation. In case the candidates are awarded letter grades or grade points instead of marks, the conversion of grades to the percentage of marks of best five subjects would be based on the procedure certified by the Board/ Competent Authority explaining the method of conversion from where they have obtained the certificate.

Upon successfully completing academic rigor of 5 years, the participant will be awarded Master of Business Administration (MBA) by IIM Rohtak. There is no automatic entry into the fourth and fifth year. The students will have to maintain a minimum CGPA of 5 to be eligible for the last two years of the program to earn a master’s degree. Students below that CGPA will be awarded a BBA degree and will exit the program. Also, if any student voluntarily intends to exit the program after successfully completing the program requirement at the end of 3 years, he/she will be awarded a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
Overall, the program consists of 15 terms spread over a period of 5 years. A year has three terms, each of 3 months duration. The entire programme is divided into two parts; the first part focuses on the foundation courses, whereas the second part focuses on management. Students will be undergoing internships at the end of every academic year.
Step by step guide for filling the IPM AT (IIM Rohtak) Application Form 2021:
Step 1 - Visit the official website of IIM Rohtak: The application form of IIM Rohtak will be available on the official website only (www.iimrohtak.ac.in). In order to fill the registration form, candidates need to visit the official website.
Step 2 - Registration for IPM Aptitude Test 2021: Once on the official site, click on IPM Admission Login 2021. A new tab opened and candidates are redirected to a new page.
Step 3 - Fill the application form: On the first page of IPM Aptitude Test 2021 candidates will need to enter details like - name, gender, category, date of birth, disable or not. Nationality, confirm the email address, mobile number, etc., Set a checkmark on I Agree which will be given on the lower left side of the application form of IPM Aptitude Test 2021. Enter submit to proceed further.
Step 4 - Upload Documents for IPM Aptitude Test Application Form 2021: After filling the first stage and confirming, candidates will receive a registration number and password on their registered email ID and mobile number. Note the registration number and click on the “go-to application form” option given on the top right corner just next to print and logout options.
Wait until the 100 percent page is loaded. Enter basic details and upload the required documents.
Step 5 - Application fee payment: After submitting the documents, candidates need to pay application fees of Rs. 3890. IPM Aptitude Test 2021 registration fees will be non-refundable. Kindly pay the application fee before the last date of the fee payment.
Step 6 - After the final submission, take a printout of the application form: Completion of the payment procedure is the last phase of filling the registration form. It is advisable for candidates to download the receipt once the procedure is completed. Also, a candidate must download and take print outs of the application form for reference.

Online Personal Interview (PI)
The announcement of Call for Online Personal Interviews (PI) will be done in the Third Week of July 2021. The shortlisting will be based on the IPM AT 2021 scores.
The candidates during their personal interviews will be judged on the basis of their academics, general awareness, and communication skills.
The interviews are proposed to be held in the Fourth Week of July 2021 (Tentative)
Announcement of Selection List and Offer Acceptance

The announcement of the Merit/Rank List and sending of Offer Letters to the selected candidates will be done by the Second Week of August 2021. The candidates receiving the offer letter for IIM Rohtak IPM Admission 2021 and accepting the offer within the stipulated date will require to deposit the Offer Acceptance Amount (as mentioned in the offer letter) through an online payment link.
Provisional Admission to IPM 03 (2021-26)
The candidates accepting the offer of admission to IPM 03 (2021-26) will be given a confirmation letter. The candidate is required to pay the First Year Programme Fee (as mentioned in the confirmation letter) and needs to report to the institute campus for registration on the stipulated date. If the COVID situation prevails, the registration will be done online.
If the candidate registers for the program on the stipulated date, his/her OAA will be adjusted with the First Year Programme Fee.
Further, on the day of reporting to the campus for registration, the admission team will do physical verification of the documents. In case of online registration, the documents will be verified virtually.
Withdrawal of OAA: In case a candidate withdraws after paying the Offer Acceptance Amount but before paying the first-year programme fee, the OAA will be refunded after deducting processing charges of Rs. 20,000/-
Withdrawal of Provisional Admission: In case a candidate withdraws before the on-campus/ online registration but after paying the first-year programme fee, the first-year program fee will be refunded after deducting processing charges as per the norms.
The last date for any withdrawal of provisional admission will be ‘On or before the date of Registration’ (online/ on-campus as the case may be). No refund of any fee will be permissible after the date of registration.
The academic session will begin in the first week of September 2021. The allocation of the hostel room to the candidate will be done on sharing basis. Hostel rooms for the DAP category will be arranged on the ground floor. All academic sessions may continue online if the COVID-19 pandemic prevails.
