Steps to fill IPMAT Application Form 2021
Step 1 - Visit the official website i.e. www.iimidr.ac.in
Step 2 - Click on “Register for IPMAT 2021” and get login credentials
Step 3 - Re-login and fill the IPMAT application form 2021 with the login credentials received on email ID.
Step 4 - Upload the requisite documents
Step 5 - Pay the application fee of IPMAT 2021
Step 6 - After final submission, take a print out of the application form
Candidates satisfying the following criteria are eligible to apply for the Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management of IIM Indore.
• Age: Candidate should have been born on or after August 01, 2001 (5 years of relaxation to the candidates from SC/ST/PwD category will be given i.e. born on or after August 01, 1996).
• Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examination in 2019, 2020, or appearing in 2021.
• Minimum Percentage (%) of marks: Candidate should have a Minimum of 60% in standard X/SSC (55 % for the candidates from SC/ST/ PwD category) and should have passed standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations.
Note 1: Candidates who are likely to complete standard XII/ HSC or equivalent by the end of July 31, 2021, can also apply, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria as mentioned above. If selected, such candidates will be offered admission to the program provisionally. At the time of registration for the program, such candidate must have to produce standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations mark sheet (securing minimum marks, as indicated above) along with a school-leaving certificate/migration certificate, failing which the candidate’s provisional admission offer will stand canceled.
Note 2: The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in X and XII Standard would be calculated based on the aggregate marks of all subjects that appear in the mark sheet/grade sheet, irrespective of the Board’s regulation. In case the candidates are awarded letter grades or grade points instead of marks, the conversion of grades to the percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the Board/ Competent Authority explaining the method of conversion from where they have obtained the certificate.
Note 3: Applicants who completed their X and/or XII standard / pursuing their XII standard from international schools affiliated to foreign boards like IGCSE (International General Certificate for Secondary Education) and IB (International Baccalaureate) can also apply. Note 4: IIM Indore reserves the right to decide the eligibility conditions in terms of equivalence, percentage marks, and the recognition of the qualifying examination, intake, etc.
Eligible candidates should submit their application online (visit www.iimidr.ac.in) during the period Tuesday, March 23, 2021, to Wednesday, May 05, 2021, and pay the online non-refundable/non-transferable application fee of Rs. 4,130/- (Rupees Four Thousand One Hundred Thirty only, inclusive of GST @18%) / Rs.2,065/- (Rupees Two Thousand Sixty Five only, inclusive of GST @18% for SC/ST/PwD category candidates).

The candidates will be selected on the basis of overall performance in Aptitude Test (AT) and Personal Assessment (PA) {this may be a Personal Interview (PI) or a Video Based Assessment (VBA), which will be decided by the Admissions Committee in due course of time}. However, the Personal Assessment process (PI/ VBA) will be the same for all the candidates who get selected for the further selection process. Any candidate who fails to appear either in Aptitude Test and Personal Assessment or both shall not be considered for selection. The selection process is as follows:
Stage 1: The candidates satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria should submit their application online as described previously in sl. no. 2 i.e. Application procedure.
Stage 2: Based on the applications received, candidates satisfying minimum eligibility criteria will be called for the Aptitude Test (AT) to be conducted across 34 cities (tentatively) in the country i.e. Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh/ Mohali, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Meerut, Mumbai, Nagpur, Noida, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Roorkee, Siliguri, Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur, Varanasi, and Visakhapatnam. However, IIM Indore reserves the right to change the cities/centers or cancel the center at any time if the situation so warrants.
The date of conducting AT is Monday, June 14, 2021 (evening shift i.e., 4:30 PM-6:30 PM). The pattern of AT will be as follows:

Stage 3: In this stage, the eligible pool for Stage-4 {i.e. Personal Assessment (PA)} is created considering only the candidates having positive raw scores and a minimum mark in each of the three sections of the Aptitude Test. The minimum cut-off mark in each section will be decided by the Admissions Committee. The minimum cut-off mark in each section will be based on the categories of applicants. Individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are rejected at this stage.
Stage 4: Sufficient number of candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Assessment (PA) from the eligible pool (refer Stage- 3) for each category (General, EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST, and PwD) using the merit list generated based on Aptitude Test Score (ATS) as mentioned in Table-1:

Shortlisted candidates shall appear for the Personal Assessment. IIM Indore also expects a consistent and minimum performance in the different parameters of Personal Assessment, which will be decided by the Admissions Committee. Candidates not meeting the minimum performance in any of the parameters will not be considered for the next stage of the selection process i.e. Stage-5.
Stage 5: Only those candidates satisfying the requirements mentioned in earlier stages will be considered for the final selection. Category wise merit list will be generated based on Composite Score (CS) as mentioned in Table 2 and provisional admission offers will be made accordingly adhering to the Government of India reservation norms.
