The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the Admit Card for CA January Session Examinations. The ICAI Admit Card can be downloaded on their official website - https://icaiexam.icai.org/index1.php
Candidates who registered for the Foundation, Intermediate (IPC), Intermediate, Final, and Final-New examination can download the admit card for CA January Session. This shift is being conducted for students who had opted-out from the November 2020 Examinations and opted for the November 2020 Cycle – II which have been scheduled from 21st January 2021 to 7th February 2021.

The eligibility criteria for CA Foundation Course are as follows:
Candidates who have passed Class 12th or equivalent examination from Central or State Board of Education before the examination. Also, candidates who have registered with the Board of Studies on or before 30 June of the examination year and changed to CA Foundation Course with Board of Studies of ICAI on or before September 7 of the examination year.
Although one must note that to become a Chartered Accountant the student has to excel very much in subjects like Accountancy etc and should also have a good command of mathematics/statistics.
Exam Pattern for CA Foundation Course
For the CA Foundation course, there are 4 papers which are 3 hours long and 100 marks each. There is a negative marking scheme only in papers 3 and 4 where ¼ marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. Candidates must score at least 40% marks in every paper and a minimum aggregate of 50% in all papers to pass the CA Foundation 2021 exam.
