ICAI begins CA Foundation Exams 2021 (July Cycle) | Exams from July 24 to 30

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has commenced the CA Foundation 2021 exams from July 24 till July 30, 2021, in online mode. The CA Foundation exams are being conducted at various exam centers throughout the country.

The ICAI CA Foundation June 2021 exam was earlier scheduled on June 24, 26, 28, and 30. However, due to the second wave of Covid-19, it is now being conducted in July.

The CA Foundation Exam 2021 or Chartered Accountant Foundation Exam 2021 will be conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or ICAI for enrolment in the Intermediate Course of the Chartered Accountancy Course.

The Examination is for the class 12^th or its equivalent appearing/pass students to join the Chartered Accountancy course and become a Chartered Accountant or CA.

The CA Foundation Exam is conducted twice every year by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or ICAI.

CA Exam Dates 2021 – Revised Schedule for Foundation Course

As for Foundation, the Paper 1 and 2 would be of 3 hours duration and would be conducted from 2 pm to 5 pm. Paper 3 and 4 of Foundation courses would be of 2 hours duration conducted on July 28 and July 30 from 2 pm to 4 pm.

It may be emphasized that there would be no change in the examination schedule in the event of any day of the examination schedule being declared a Public Holiday by the Central Government or any State Government / Local Holiday.

Candidates may note the examination timing(s):

*In Paper 3 and 4 of the Foundation Examination there will not be any advance reading time, whereas, in all other papers/exams mentioned above, an advance reading time of 15 minutes will be given from 1.45 PM (IST) to 2 PM (IST).
