CLAT 2024 Exam Date Announced

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has announced that CLAT 2024 will be held on December 3, 2023, in offline mode. CLAT 2024 exam date along with admission notification has been announced on May 23, 2023 on its official website. More details about CLAT 2024 will be released shortly. The application form of CLAT 2024 will open tentatively in the first week of August. Aspirants should track the important dates of CLAT 2024 and plan their preparation for law entrance exam accordingly.

The Consortium of NLUs will release the CLAT 2024 application form tentatively in the first week of August 2023. Candidates can apply for CLAT 2024 online by filling out the application form. The application form will remain open till November 2023. While filling out the application form, candidates will be required to provide personal information, educational and communication details. Candidates will also be required to select at least three examination centres of their preference. The CLAT 2024 application fee is Rs 4,000 for general and unreserved candidates. Whereas, the CLAT registration fee for SC, and ST candidates will be Rs. 3,500.

CLAT Admit Card 2024 Date

The consortium will issue the CLAT 2024 admit card to successfully registered candidates who have completed the fee payment. The admit card of CLAT 2024 is a mandatory document for appearing in the examination. It informs about the roll number of the candidate, exam centre name and address, reporting time and exam instructions. Before downloading the admit card of CLAT 2024, candidates will have to give admission preference to national law universities.

CLAT exam date 2023

The national-level law entrance exam will be held on December 3, 2023. The offline-based CLAT 2024 will be held in more than 131 examination centres across the country. The CLAT exam 2024 will be a comprehension-based test. A total of 150 objective-type questions based on comprehension passages will be asked in CLAT UG. The comprehension-based passages will be based CLAT syllabus 2024 which covers general knowledge, current affairs, English, Maths, legal aptitude and logical reasoning. The postgraduate level CLAT LLM 2024 will have questions on common subjects Law such as Constitutional Law, IPR Law, Law of Torts, Contracts Law and various other such topics.
