CLAT 2022 Application Form Begins 
The Consortium of National Law Universities will release the CLAT 2022 application form today on its official website – www.consortiumofnlus.ac.in  The last date for CLAT registration is March 31, 2022. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2022 will be held on May 08, 2022, in offline mode.

The biggest Entrance Exam in India for Law is the Common Law Admission Test or CLAT through which 22 National Law Universities take admissions in their 5 year integrated LLB courses.The Score of CLAT is also used for admission by various other Law Colleges and Universities in India.
The application form for CLAT 2022 can be filled in online mode only. 
Candidates who are applying for CLAT  2022 can check the steps to fill the application form as given below :
Step 1: Create your Login: Open the official website of  http://clat.ac.in/  in the new tab of  browser, Candidates will have to register by clicking “New user Register Here” button. 
Then, Candidates will reach the Sign-up page to fill the details which are given below in CLAT 2022 Registration 
•    Name 
•    Date of Birth 
•    Gender
•    Nationality 
•    Mobile number 
•    Email address 
•    OTP number 
After filling the above details click the “register” button. Candidates must fill the Valid mobile number and email address as all the communication by the exam authorities are going to be send on Registered mobile number and email address. After receiving the username and Password, Candidates will have to click on “Register User” 

Select for the Course you are applying for UG / PG.
CLAT 2022 Eligiblity Criteria: 
•    CLAT UG: 10+2 or Equivalent ( GEN/OBC/PWD / NRI / PIO /OCI -45% & SC / ST – 40 %)
•    CLAT PG: LLB or Equivalent ( GEN/OBC/PWD / NRI / PIO /OCI – 50 % & SC / ST – 45 %)
Step 2: Click on Application form: First you are advised to read all the steps before filling the application form of CLAT  2022. Then, Candidates have to click on CLAT 2022 Registration Form to able to move on next page and then have to fill all the details like Personal, Educational, Fee payment and Photograph & Signature. 
Step 3: Filling personal details: After reaching to the page of personal details, Candidates will have to fill the following details :
•    Name 
•    Date of Birth 
•    Gender
•    Religion
•    Community 
•    Mother tongue 
•    Native state
•    Blood group 
•    Address 
•    Street number /Door number 
•    Area name
•    Town/City 
•    State
•    District 
•    Pincode 
•    Phone number (STD / Landline) 
•    Mobile number 
•    Email address 
•    Name of parent / Guardian 
•    Parent's Guardian's Occupation 
•    Name of the School 
•    Address of the School 
•    Month & Year passing /appearing 
•    Test cities preference 

After filling all the above details, click on submit and next button. Fill your NLU Preferences. Now, the candidate have to select the payment option – Net banking /Credit/ Debit card and then have to click on proceed to pay 
Step 4: Payment of fees: Now, the candidates have to pay the application fees via Netbanking / Credit card / debit card as the procedure is only in online mode. 
Candidates will have to fill the following details given below :
•    Card option 
•    Enter Card number 
•    Enter card holder's name 
•    Enter card's expiry date
•    Enter CVV number 
Click on pay now
Application fees for CLAT 2022: 
•    Gen/ OBC/ PWD/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI: Rs 4000
•    SC / ST / BPL: Rs 3500
The application fee amount to be paid will be visible on the screen. Candidates will have to click on the confirm button and pay the amount. 
Step 5: Photo & Signature Upload: Candidates have to Upload their recent passport size coloured photograph & Signature.
•    Photograph & Signature : Size of Photograph& Signature should be between 10 Kb and 200 Kb in jpeg or jpg format. 
As the image and signature are Uploaded, Candidates need to click on Save & Next button. 
Step 6: Filled in CLAT 2022 Application form: Once the application fees have been paid and the status for its reflected in the applicant account, Candidates have to cross check the details entered on the form and submit it online only. Also take printouts of the submitted application form for future references
