CBSE Board Examination 2021 Class 10 and 12 Datesheet Released

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the datesheet for Class 10 and 12 Board Examinations today. Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal had announced that CBSE will announce exam schedule for Class 10 and Class 12 Board exams on February 2. The exams are scheduled to be held from May 4 to June 10. Schools will start conducting practical exams from March 1. The results will be announced on July 15, 2021. The datesheet will be available at the official website https://www.cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/cbse.html

Earlier, the syllabus of the exam has been reduced by 30%. They will be held in the official written mode and contain internal choice questions as well. Following all Covid-19 pandemic protocols is of utmost importance, so wearing face mask and carrying hand sanitizers will be compulsory. All social distancing and sanitisation  procedures will be mandatory for the students and the exam centers.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) generally conducts class 10th and 12th board exams in February and March. However, this was not possible due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, CBSE in one of its circular said, “CBSE is well aware of the condition of students and parents in the time of pandemic and, therefore, whatsoever decision would be taken by the CBSE that will only be taken after consultation with all the stakeholders and will be communicated at an appropriate time through Board website.”

CBSE Board Exam 2021: Steps to check date sheet

Step 1: Visit the official website of CBSE, i.e., cbse.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads 'CBSE Board Exam 2021 date sheet for classes 10 and 12' (Once Released)

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Select ‘Class 10’ or ‘Class 12’ as per your preference.

Step 5: Your CBSE Board Exam 2021 date sheet will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Download it and take a printout for future reference.

 

On 16th December 2020, the schedule for the JEE Main Examination was announced and application process started thereafter. The Education Minister said “We have examined the suggestions received from students and it has been decided that JEE Main will be held in four sessions in February, March, April and May. The first session will be held from 23-26 February and the results will be declared five days after the last exam.
