WB JENPAS UG 2021:  The WB JENPAS UG 2021 or the West Bengal Joint Entrance for Nursing, Paramedical and Allied Science undergraduate courses 2021 will be conducted for admissions into the Undergraduate courses in Nursing, Paramedical and Allied Science courses offered by various Medical and Health Science courses located in West Bengal.

The Examination will be conducted by the West Bengal Joint Examination Board or WB JENPAS UGB.

The WB JENPAS UG 2021 will be conducted tentatively in the 1st week of June, 2021 and the Application for the same will be available tentatively from the 2nd or 3rd week of February, 2021.

The WB JENPAS UG 2021 will consist of two Papers of 50 Questions and 2 hours duration each. In this the Paper 1 will have Physics and Chemistry and Paper 2 will have Biological Sciences questions.

The WB JENPAS UG Application Form 2021 will be available tentatively from the 2nd or 3rd week of February, 2021 and is expected to be available till the last week of March, 2021.

The Application Fee for WB JENPAS UG 2021 will be INR 500.

  • Step 1: Online Registration-

    2. Click on the link to ‘New Registration’
    3. Now enter the details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, type of identification, and contact number.
    4. It may be noted that the details provided during WB JENPAS UG registration will not be subject to change easily, thus have to be carefully entered. These details should also match with the documents like mark sheets, etc.
    5. After this, enter other contact details (address, district, state, PIN code, email ID, mobile number, etc.)
    6. The next step will require candidates to create a password and security question with the answer.
    7. Now preview the details provided during WB JENPAS UG registration and then click on ‘Submit’. After this, the candidate will receive an SMS on the registered contact number as well as a mail on the registered email address containing the confirmation of registration and application number.

 

  • Step 2: Filling the WB JENPAS UG Application Form 2021 details:
    1. Candidates who logged out after WB JENPAS UG 2021 registration will have to log in using their application number and password.
    2. Now they will have to fill in various personal details like category, domicile, religion, nationality, etc.
    3. Candidates will also have to opt for three zones of cities to be allocated as WB JENPAS UG exam Centre.
    4. Now click on ‘Submit’

  • Step 4: Payment of Application Fee-

After the uploading of documents candidates will have to proceed to the Payment of Application fee for WB JENPAS UG 2021.

  • Step 5: Downloading and Printing the Confirmation Page-

Once all the steps are completed, candidates will be required to download the confirmation page that appears at the end of WB JENPAS UG application process. It may be noted that until the confirmation page is not generated, the WB JENPAS UG application is still not completed.

Correction in Image

Candidates have to be very careful and abide by the instructions provided for uploading the scanned images of photograph and signature. However, in case the image uploaded by the candidate is rejected by authorities due to any reason, they will be intimated through SMS on their registered mobile number. Then, they will be required to log in and upload the image again and it has to be ensured that they do not upload the same image in which the discrepancy occurred, or it will result in rejection of their WB JENPAS UG application form.

Correction in WB JENPAS UG Application Form 2021:

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WB JENPAS UGB) allows candidates to make corrections to certain details as provided by them in the WB JENPAS UG application form and contain some errors. The Board will open the WB JENPAS UG application correction window for a specified period of time which can be done in online mode. After this period gets over, candidates will not get a chance to make changes to the information provided by them in the WB JENPAS UG Application Form 2021.

WB JENPAS UG Admit Card 2021:  The WB JENPAS UG Admit Card 2021 or WB JENPAS UG Hall Ticket 2021 will be available for download in the 2nd or 3rd  week of May, 2021 on the official website of WB JENPAS UG: www.WB JENPAS UGb.nic.in .

Download the WB JENPAS UG Admit Card 2021 by following below mentioned steps:

  • Go to the official website i.e., www.WB JENPAS UGb.nic.in .
  • Click on the Download Admit Card link.
  • Enter Application Number, Password and Security Pin.
  • Admit Card will be displayed on the screen and check all the details.
  • Download and Print the WB JENPAS UG Admit Card 2021.

 

The Admit Card is an important document and must be carefully kept by the candidates as it is necessary to produce at the Exam centre while appearing for the Entrance Examination and without the same the Candidate is not allowed to enter the exam hall to appear for the entrance examination.

 

The Admit Card usually contains the details of the Exam Centre, Personal Details of the Candidate like Name and Date of Birth and other important information including the Instructions.

 

Important Instruction:

  • Candidate must ensure that the admit card is not distorted/soiled even by accident.
  • Candidate themselves can generate duplicate admit cards but only till the date of examination.
  • WB JENPAS UGB does not verify any information of candidate.
  • Every verification will be done at the time of counselling.

 

 

WB JENPAS UG Result 2021: The WB JENPAS UG Result 2021 will be published online on the WB JENPAS UG website: www.WB JENPAS UGb.nic.in .

To check the WB JENPAS UG Result 2021 by following the below mentioned steps:

  • Click on the result link
  • Enter the Application Number and Date of Birth.
  • Result will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download and Print the WB JENPAS UG Result 2021 for further references.

Merit List:

WB JENPAS UGB will prepare merit ranks based on the candidates score in the entrance tests. Individual candidates will be able to view and download  his/her rank card, which will contain score and rank. WB JENPAS UGB  does not publish any general rank/score list.

  • The Rank shall be in the name and style of General Merit Rank (GMR).
  • Ranking  shall be  done in the descending order of marks  scored in the entrance test.
  • Separated reserved category merit position will also be indicated for respective category i.e., SC Rank, ST Rank, OBC-A Rank, OBC-B Rank and PwD Rank.
  • Counselling/allotment of seat/admission will be done on the basis on GMR only. Category ranks are only for information to candidates.
  • Another separate merit rank will be published in the name of GMR-N for only female candidates for admission into B.Sc Nursing. Gender will be taken as it is declared by the candidate during online application.

Tie-Breaking Resolution:

  • Less negative marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry took together.
  • More positive marks in Biology and Chemistry took together.
  • More positive marks in Biology and Physics took together.
  • Less Negative marks in Biology and Chemistry took together.
  • Less Negative marks in Biology and Physics took together.
  • If tie still exist, date of birth will be considered (preference will be given to the older candidate).

Admission Counselling

WB JENPAS UG Counselling Procedure 2021:

The WB JENPAS UG Counselling Procedure 2021 will start after the WB JENPAS UG Result 2021 has been declared.

 

The WB JENPAS UG 2021 Counselling will be a web-based or e-counselling.

The WB JENPAS UG Counselling 2021 will be conducted on the WBJEEB official website: www.wbjeeb.nic.in

 

The WB JENPAS UG Counselling Procedure 2021 in detail is as follows:

Step 1 - WB JENPAS UG Counselling 2021 Registration: Firstly, the candidates will have to register for the WB JENPAS UG counselling 2021. Candidates have to make sure that all of the details submitted are correct since it cannot be edited after submission. It is to be noted that for all rounds of allotment, there is only one registration period. The given steps can be followed by the candidates to complete the registration process:

  • Visit the official website of WB JENPAS UG 2021 counselling
  • Click on the WB JENPAS UG counselling 2021 registration link
  • Candidates will have to click on “New Candidate Registration”.
  • Enter WB JENPAS UG roll number, candidate name, mothers name and date of birth and click on submit button.
  • Next, candidate have to provide their mobile number, email ID and create a password of their choice and click on "register" button to complete the registration.
  • Candidates will receive details of their registration number and password in their email address.

Step 2 - Filling the Counselling Application Form: Candidates have to provide details about their gender, nationality, domicile, religion, category, and bank details. Next, candidates have to fill in details of their class 10 and 12 educational marks and address.

Step 3- Uploading Documents: Candidates have to upload scanned images of their domicile certificate, class 10 and 12 marks sheet, proof of birth date (either class 10 mark sheet or birth certificate), and category certificate (if applicable). The documents uploaded will be verified online by the counseling authority and candidates will receive SMS regarding the same. If any document will be found incorrect, candidates will receive an SMS to re-upload the same.

Step 4- Verify Details: At this step, candidates have to verify all the details submitted by them and also check the certificates uploaded. After verifying submit the application form.

Step 5 - Filling and Locking of Choices: Next, the WB JENPAS UG Counselling 2021 registered candidates will have to fill their choice of colleges and courses in online mode. The choices have to be selected in the order of preference. Editing and locking of the selected choices have to be done before the specified final date. If the candidates are unable to lock their choices before the final date then the system will automatically lock the last saved choices. A print out of the filled choices has to be taken out for future reference.

Step 6 - Seat Allotment: The authorities will allot seats to the WB JENPAS UG counseling 2021 registered candidates on the basis of their merit, selected preferences, and availability of seats. Three rounds of seat allotment will be conducted by the authorities. Candidates will be able to check their allotment status after logging in using their credentials. To download the online seat allotment letter, the candidates will have to pay the seat acceptance fee online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (e-challan of Allahabad Bank).

After the WB JENPAS, UG Counselling Procedure 2021 is completed and the admissions to the Nursing, Paramedical, and Allied Health Science courses are completed through WB JENPAS UG. The classes for the first year of each course will start at all the respective Institutes as per their schedule.
