UGEE (IIIT Hyderabad) 2021: The UGEE 2021 or Undergraduate Entrance Exam 2021 will be conducted by IIIT Hyderabad for admissions into its Dual Degree courses after class 12^th. The admissions to the single degree programmes are conducted through various channels like JEE Main and Special Channel of Admission or (SPEC) given to Board Toppers etc.

The Dual Degree Programmes of IIIT Hyderabad is given admissions mainly through this UGEE or Undergraduate Entrance Exam and other routes include Olympiad/KVPY and DASA (For International Students).

The UGEE 2021 will be conducted by IIIT Hyderabad on 2nd June, 2021 and the Application for the same is available online from 22nd March to 10th May on its official website: https://ugadmissions.iiit.ac.in/ .

The UGEE will be a 3 hours Computer Based Test divided into two sections namely: Section 1: SUPR or Subject Proficiency test and Section 2: REAP or Research Aptitude. The Section 1 and Section 2 are of 60 minutes and 120 minutes duration respectively.

UGEE (IIIT Hyderabad) Application Form 2021:  The UGEE (IIIT Hyderabad) Application Form 2021 will be available online on the IIIT Hyderabad UG Admissions Website: https://ugadmissions.iiit.ac.in/ from the 2^nd half of February, 2021. The Application Form will be released common for IIIT Hyderabad for both Single Degree and Dual Degree Programmes through multiple modes of admissions including UGEE, Olympiad/KVPY, SPEC or Special Channel for Admission, JEE Main etc.

The Students applying through UGEE for the Dual Degree programmes will also have to apply through the common Application Form.

The Application Fee for the UGEE Admission Mode will be INR 2000.

The IIIT Hyderabad Application Form 2021 through UGEE Admission Mode can be filled online by following these steps:

Step 1 - Registration

Visit the official website at https://ugadmissions.iiit.ac.in/  Here, select the mode of admission UGEE-CLD out of all the modes including - ECD, CND and CLD programmes/NK/NTSE or KVPY, Olympiad, SPEC, DASA UG and JEE Main mode. After clicking on the mode to UGEE- CLD candidates will get the IIIT Hyderabad application form link as ‘Click here to apply’. Candidates have to click on the link to start with registration in required mode. They will have to provide the basic details under the registration process.

Step 2 - IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech Application Form

Candidates done with the registration process will have to fill in the IIITH application form. The details to be entered shall vary depending upon the mode which the candidate is applying through as explained below:

• UGEE, SPEC, Olympiad/ KVPY, LEEE Mode - Candidates will have to provide all the personal and academic details. They will also have to upload scanned copies of certain documents including class 10 and 12 marksheet, NTSE or KVPY certificate along with the passport sized photograph of the candidate.
• JEE Main Mode - While filling the IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech application form through JEE Main mode, candidates will have to provide the basic academic details including JEE Main roll number and the rank obtained in the exam.
• DASA UG Admission Mode - Candidates applying for undergraduate engineering courses at IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech admissions through DASA will have to upload the proof of having studied class 11 and 12 (or equivalent examination) outside India, or the proof of holding foreign passport.

Step 3 - IIITH B.Tech Application Fee

After providing all the necessary details in IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech application form, candidates will be required to pay the requisite application fee in online mode.

Step 4 - Final Submission

After successful payment of application fee for IIIT Hyderabad B.Tech admission, candidates will have to confirm their application form and then duly submit the same. Candidates should assure to submit the IIITH B.Tech 2021 application form before the last dates of their respective mode of application.

Download the UGEE Admit Card 2021 by following below mentioned steps:

• Click on the Download Admit Card link.
• Enter the User ID and Password
• Admit Card will be displayed on the screen and check all the details.
• Download UGEE Admit Card 2021.

The Admit Card is an important document and must be carefully kept by the candidates as it is necessary to produce at the Exam centre while appearing for the Entrance Examination and without the same the Candidate is not allowed to enter the exam hall to appear for the entrance examination.

The Admit Card usually contains the details of the Exam Centre, Roll Number, Registration Number, Personal Details of the Candidate like Name and Date of Birth and other important information including the Instructions.

UGEE Result 2021: The UGEE Result 2021 will be published online on the UGEE website: www.ugadmissions.iiit.ac.in .

• Result will be appearing on the screen

After the declaration of result, University will conduct the interview rounds for the qualifying students. Then, University will declare the Interview result of candidates.

UGEE (IIIT Hyderabad) Counselling Procedure 2021:  The IIIT Hyderabad Counselling or Admission Procedure through UGEE mode will begin after the UGEE Result is declared and candidates qualified in the UGEE are called for Interviews.

Candidates who clear the interview are declared in the final result published on the IIIT Hyderabad Website.

The Counselling is done Online and students after getting selected in the UGEE and also clearing the Interview have to select their choices of Branches and courses and as per their performance in the UGEE and the Interview they are allotted seats in the Dual Degree programmes offered at IIIT Hyderabad.

At the same time admissions are also granted to students in the Single Degree as well as dual degree programmes at IIIT Hyderabad through multiple other channels and modes as well.

When the admissions in all the Single Degree and Dual Degree Programmes at IIIT Hyderabad are completed through JEE Main, UGEE, Olympiad/KVPY, SPEC and other modes the classes for both the Single Degree and Dual Degree courses begin as per their schedule declared by IIIT Hyderabad.
