TS LAWCET 2021:  The TS LAWCET 2021 or the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test 2021 will be conducted by the Osmania university, Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE or Telangana State Council for Higher Education for admissions into the 3 years and 5 years LLB courses offered by its various participating Law Colleges and Universities.

Here we are only covering the 5 years LLB courses offered after class 12th or its equivalent.

The TS LAWCET 2021 will be a 90 minutes duration examination having a total of 120 Questions divided into three parts: Part A, B and C.

The Examination will be conducted online and in English and Telugu Language.

The TS LAWCET 2021 will be conducted on August 23, 2021 while the Online Registration for the TS LAWCET 2021 has been started from 24th March and will end on 26th May.

TS LAWCET Application Form 2021:  The TS LAWCET Application Form 2021 is available online on the TS LAWCET official website: https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in/ and is available for only Online Registration.

The TS LAWCET Application Form 2021 is available from 24th March and will end on 26th May, 2021.

The Application Fee for TS LAWCET is as follows:

  • INR 800 for General and OBC Candidates.
  • INR 500 for SC/ST and PH candidates.

The TS LAWCET Application Form 2021 Online submission requires the completion of the following 4 steps:

Step-1: Fee Payment: Candidate can make Online Fee Payment through this option.

Step-2: Know your payment status: Candidate can check Success/Failure status of Fee Payment

Step-3: Fill Application: After fee payment either by cash at TS Online Center or by money transfer by Debit/Credit/Net Banking modes, candidate should fill in the Application through this option.

Step-4: Print Application Form: After application form submission, candidate can print the submitted form.

 

The TS LAWCET Application Form 2021 can be filled online by following these steps in detail:

  • Step 1: Fee Payment:  
    1. Visit the TS LAWCET 2021 official website:  https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in/ and Click on the Fee Payment Tab
    2. Fill in ALL the mandatory details given in the web page. The details are Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket No., Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Mobile No Mentioned above belongs to Self or Father or Mother or Relative, Alternate Mobile Number, E-Mail ID, Stream, Fee Amount (FROZEN) (will be populated automatically based on the stream selected by the candidate).
    3. After filling the mandatory details click on Initiate Payment button, the control will lead you to the TS Online Payment gateway where you can select the mode of payment credit card or debit card or net banking
    4. The confirmation of successful payment of Registration FEE is shown with the “Transaction is successful” message along with Payment ID.

 

  • Step 2: Know your Payment Status-
    1. Click on Know Your Payment Status tab for checking the status of the payment.
    2. After clicking on Know Your Payment Status Tab, Furnish the same hall ticket number and mobile number as given in step 1 and click on Check Payment Status button.
    3. After clicking on Check Payment Status button, the success/Failure page will be displayed.

 

  • Step 3: Fill Application Form: In this step the candidate needs to fill the complete TS LAWCET Application Form 2021.

 

The Candidates need to enter the following details and upload the required documents/images in the specified formats to fill the TS LAWCET Application Form:

 

  1. Personal Details like Name, Address, Contact etc.
  2. Academic Details
  3. Details of the Entrance Test
  4. Uploading Photograph and Signature
  5. Uploading Caste Certificates for Reservation if any.
  6. Selecting Exam Centre cities.
  7. All other Mandatory details.
  • Step 4: Print Application Form:
    1. The candidate can print the submitted application through this option. Candidates can take a print out of the application by clicking on the Print Application button which is useful for further correspondence.
    2. After clicking on the Print Application Form link from the Application tab of the TS LAWCET 2021 Home page, the Print Application Form for TS LAWCET 2021 page will be displayed then enter all the mandatory details and click on Get Application Details.
    3. After entering all the mandatory details and clicking on getting Application Details, the print copy of the TS LAWCET 2021 will be displayed for printing.
    4. Print the TS LAWCET Application Form copy 2021 for all future references.

Eligibility

TS LAWCET Eligibility Criteria 2021: The TS LAWCET Eligibility Criteria 2021 is necessary for students to read before doing registration for the examination.

Age Limit

There is no age limit.

 

Qualification

Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent from any recognized Board/University or the Board of Intermediate Education, T.S.

 

Minimum Marks Requirement

  • Candidate must have secured at least 45% marks aggregate in their class 10+2.
  • For SC/ST, marks relaxation is 5%.
  • For OBC, marks relaxation is 3%.

Students must go through the Participating Colleges and their seat distribution before filling up their choices for admissions in the counselling procedure. The candidate has a clear idea about the chances of getting admissions through this entrance examination after reading about the participating colleges in detail.

The Participating Colleges in any Entrance Exam also reflect the importance of that examination in a great manner as more important the participating colleges in an examination the more important that entrance examination becomes.

So, students must go through the Participating Colleges while applying for any entrance examination and do a thorough research about the quality of those participating colleges in the entrance examination.

 

TS LAWCET Admit Card 2021:  The TS LAWCET Admit Card 2021 or TS LAWCET Hall Ticket 2021 will be available for download tentatively in the 3rd or 4th week of May, 2021 on the official website of TS LAWCET: www.lawcet.tsche.ac.in .

Download the TS LAWCET Admit Card 2021 by following below mentioned steps:

  • Visit the above-mentioned official website.
  • Click on the Download Hall Ticket Link.
  • Enter the Registration Number, Date of Birth and Qualifying Examination Hall ticket Number.
  • Admit Card will be displayed on the screen and check all the details.
  • Download and Print the TS LAWCET Admit Card 2021.

 

The Admit Card is an important document and must be carefully kept by the candidates as it is necessary to produce at the Exam centre while appearing for the Entrance Examination and without the same the Candidate is not allowed to enter the exam hall to appear for the entrance examination.

 

The Admit Card usually contains the details of the Exam Centre, Personal Details of the Candidate like Name and Date of Birth and other important information including the Instructions.

 

 

TS LAWCET Result 2021: The TS LAWCET Result 2021 will be published online on the TS LAWCET website: www.lawcet.tsche.ac.in .

To check the TS LAWCET Result 2021 by follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Go to the official website i.e., www.lawcet.tsche.ac.in
  • Enter TS LAWCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth. 
  • Result will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download and Print the TS LAWCET Result 2021 for further references.

 

Evaluation:

Every care will be taken to avoid errors in evaluation, checking, scrutiny, tabulation and ranking. Hence, request for re-totaling or revaluation will not be entertained.

Ranking:

The candidates will be ranked in the order of merit based on the marks obtained in the TS LAWCET-2021.

Tie-Breaking Resolution:

In case of a tie, the relative rank will be decided as mentioned below.

  • By considering the marks secured in Part-C of TS LAWCET
  • if the tie still persists marks obtained in Part-B in TS LAWCET shall be taken into consideration.
  • If the tie still exists, they may be bracketed together for the purpose of ranking and seniority in age may be considered at the time of admission

Admission Counselling

TS LAWCET Counselling Procedure 2021: The TS LAWCET Counselling Procedure 2021 will start immediately after the TS LAWCET Result 2021 is declared. The TS LAWCET Counselling 2021 will be done online and will based completely on the Merit and Rank of the Candidates in TS LAWCET 2021.

The TS LAWCET Counselling Procedure 2021 will be conducted as follows:

  1. The counselling process will be conducted online (web-based counselling)
  2. Candidates who have qualified in the TS LAWCET 20221 are only eligible to participate in the counselling process.
  3. Notification related to the list of candidates who have qualified for TS LAWCET web-based counselling will be published in leading newspapers. The notification will also contain registration, document verification, and choice filling schedule.
  4. Eligible candidates will have to get their documents verified at designated Help-line centres. Note that verification process would be conducted in offline mode.
  5. Upon successful document verification, candidates will be sent log-in IDs at their registered mobile numbers.
  6. Next, the candidate has to create a password using credentials like registration number, hall ticket number, date of birth.
  7. Finally, using the password and other credentials, the candidate will be able to log-into web counselling portal to participate in choice filling.
  8. A counselling processing fee of Rs. 1000 has to be paid by general category candidates SC/ ST category, however, have to pay only Rs. 500. The processing fee is non refundable
  9. The seat allotment of TS LAWCET 2021 will be conducted based on both the merit rank of the candidate and choices filled.

  • Study/Bonafide certificate for seven (7) academic years preceding the year of passing qualifying examination
  • Integrated caste certificate of SC/ST/BC/minorities (if applicable)
  • Residence certificate / Aadhar card proof of candidate/parents in Andhra Pradesh for a period of 10 years
  • Income certificate issued by MRO issued after January 1 of the year of admission [ valid for three years from the date of issue] (for candidates who wants to claim fee exemption).
  • PH/NCC/CAP/Sports and Games Certificates (if applicable)
  • Transfer Certificate.
  • Candidates will be issued a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres after Verification.

Candidates who are allotted seats will be issued allotment orders, which the candidate has to download by logging into respective accounts.

The candidate after downloading the allotment letter have to report through the self-report system. Next, the candidate has to report at the allotted college. Both the steps are mandatory (self-reporting and reporting at allotted college).

Any candidate who misses any of the two steps, his or her allotment will be cancelled. Further, the candidate won’t be eligible for any further rounds of TS LAWCET counselling 2021.

After the TS LAWCET Counselling Procedure 2021 is completed and the admissions into the various 5 years Integrated LLB courses offered in the various TS LAWCET Participating colleges is completed. Then the classes for the new session of the first year will start at each Institute as per their respective schedule.
