SRMJEEE 2021:  The SRMJEEE 2021 or SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination will be conducted for admissions in the undergraduate Engineering Courses after class 12^th or equivalent in the various Engineering Colleges of the SRM Group of Universities including SRM Institute of Science and Technology, SRM University AP – Amravati and SRM University Haryana – Sonepat.

The SRMJEEE 2021 is the only entrance examination for the centralised counselling of admissions in the First Year B. Tech programme in all the SRM group of Universities.

The SRMJEEE 2021 will be conducted in a CBT mode or Computer Based Test Mode tentatively from 18^th June 2021 to 26^th June 2021 2021. The Examination is conducted on multiple dates and the candidates can book their slot for the same after completing the Application Form and choose to give the Test on their desired date from the available Test Dates.

The SRMJEEE Application Form started on 14th December and will be available till the 31st May 2021. The Slot Booking for the SRMJEEE will be starts from 1st June 2021.

SRMJEEE Application Form 2021: The SRMJEEE Application Form 2021 for online registration started on 14th December and will be available till the 31st May 2021. The Application form will be available online on the SRMJEEE official website: www.srmist.edu .

The SRMJEEE Application Form 2021 can be filled both Online as well as Offline.

The candidates can simply fill the form either online or offline as follows:

Option 1: Apply Online with e-payment.

Option 2: Fill the Computer Generated OMR Form and send it to SRMIST for submission.

The Application Fee for SRMJEEE is ₹1100.

The SRMJEEE Application Form 2021 can be filled in the Online mode by following these steps:

Step1: Registration- This is the first step in which the candidates will have to visit the SRMIST Official website: www.srmist.edu click on Apply for SRMJEEE 2021 and complete the online registration by entering the following details:

• Name of the candidate
• Email ID
• Mobile Number
• Create Password
• City and State
• Captcha code

After successful registration, an email will be sent to the registered email id of the candidates.

Step 2: Verify Email Id- In the next step, candidates will have to verify their email id via the email received by them from the authorities after successful registration.

Step 3: Fill Application Form- In this step candidates will have to login on the candidate portal and fill all the required details to completely fill the application form as mentioned below-

Candidates will have to first select their “Nationality” and click on the “Next” button.

Preferences and Personal Details-

After this, candidates will have to click on the ‘Next’ button to fill parent’s and address details.

Parent's and Address Details - Candidates also have to fill the following details:

• Father's name, email ID & mobile number, Occupation
• Mother's name, email ID & mobile number, Occupation
• Address
• City
• District
• State
• Pincode
• Country

After this, candidates will have to click on the “Next” button.

Academic Details - Candidates will have to fill the following required academic details.

• Current Education Qualification status- Appearing/Appeared
• Candidate's Name as in 10th Certificate
• Current Education Qualification Status
• Institute Name of Class 10 & 12, Board, Marking Scheme, Secured CGPA/Percentage, Registration Number & Year of Passing

After this, candidates have to click on the “Make payment” button.

Step 4: Pay Application Fee- Once the candidates will click on the “Make payment” button, they will be redirected to the payment page where candidates will have to pay the application fee of ₹1100 in online mode.

Step 5: Upload Documents- After successful payment, candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature as per the specifications provided by authorities.

Step 6: Submit Application Form- In the last step, candidates will have to check the declaration box and finally submit their application.

Online with Demand Draft- For submitting the application fee through Demand Draft (DD), candidates will have to complete all the steps of the online mode the same as mentioned above. The only difference is they will have to select the “DD” option in the payment step. Candidates will have to pay the application fee of ₹1100 through a DD and enter the following details in the form-

• Bank Name
• DD Number
• DD Date

After this, candidates will be able to complete the next steps of application i.e. uploading documents and submission of form.

The SRMJEEE Application Form 2021 can be filled in the Offline Mode by following these instructions:

• General Instructions:

1. The application form should be filled up by the candidate in his / her own handwriting.
2. Only the Original application should be sent.
3. The application form will be machine-processed. Hence take utmost care while writing with a black ink ball-point pen in the boxes wherever provided. Corresponding to the above, darken the alphabet/numeral/ oval using only an HB pencil only.
4. To change a marking, erase the darkened spot completely and make a fresh mark.
5. Do not scribble, cut, tear, or erase the application form. Do not put any stray pencil marks anywhere on the application form.
6. Do not write, make any mark on / deface the Barcode.
7. The candidate’s photograph, signature, and e-mail ID are to be machine-scanned. So, paste a recent, good-quality color photograph of you against a light-colored background. Write your e-mail ID using only a black-ink ball-point pen.
8. The application must be complete in all respects. An incomplete application or application filled in any other language than English will be rejected.
9. Options once filled in the application form cannot be changed at a later stage.
10. Candidates are advised to retain with them a photocopy of the filled application form for future reference.

• Filling the Application Form: Fill the application form completely by entering all the required details in all the items asked in the OMR Application Form including Personal Details like Name, Category, Nationality, Mother Tongue, Date of Birth, State & Union Territory etc. Students will also enter their Hostel Preference, Choose their University preference as one or more campus along with their Test Cities and Test Centre choices. Communication Details like Mobile Number, Email Id, Communication Address will also be mentioned. The candidates will also enter their academic details of class 12^th or its equivalent along with the details of their parents. In the application form candidates will also provide their signature and latest photograph.

• Submission of Application:  The candidates will have to submit the filled application form via a standard post to the SRMIST Office before the last date of submission along with a DD or Demand Draft of ₹1100 in favor of SRMIST as the Application Fee. Applications received after the due date will not be accepted and the Institute will not be responsible for any postal delays.

The SRMJEEE Participating Colleges 2021 or SRMJEEE Participating Institutes 2021 are as follows:

Students must go through the Participating Colleges and their seat distribution before filling up their choices for admissions in the counselling procedure. The candidate has a clear idea about the chances of getting admissions through this entrance examination after reading about the participating colleges in detail.

The Participating Colleges in any Entrance Exam also reflect the importance of that examination in a great manner as more important the participating colleges in an examination the more important that entrance examination becomes.

So, students must go through the Participating Colleges while applying for any entrance examination and do a thorough research about the quality of those participating colleges in the entrance examination.

After the SRMJEEE Result 2021 is declared the counseling procedure for the admissions in the SRMJEEE Participating Colleges 2021 will be done on the basis of the rank obtained in SRMJEEE 2021.

SRMJEEE Admit Card 2021: For the Admit card, students have to complete the OTBS process and OTBS Process will be available tentatively in the 4^th week of March or the 1^st week of April 2021 on the Official Website: www.srmist.edu.in .

SRMJEEE Online Test Booking System (OTBS) 2021: Students can book a test slot from the above-mentioned website.

Candidate can book an Exam Slot from the above website by following these steps:

• Fill your Email ID and Password and click on Login button.
• Click on Book Exam Slot
• Proceed with the Slot Booking Process:
• Select Venue of the Examination.
• Select Examination Date and Time.
• Click on Confirm Slot or Change Test Date to go back and change the examination date and time.
• You will also get an Email and SMS once you complete the above steps.

• Open the Official Website www.srmist.edu.in
• Enter the Application Number and password.
• Click on SRMJEEE Admit Card Link
• Then download the Admit Card

The Admit Card usually contains the details of the Test location, Test start time, Personal Details of the Candidate like Application Number and Date of Birth, and other important information including the Instructions to be followed by the candidate at the test location before, after, and during the Entrance Examination.

SRMJEEE Result 2021: The SRMJEEE Result 2021 will be published online on the SRMJEEE website: www.srmist.edu.in . The Result will be declared online and can be viewed by the candidates by entering personal login, password.

SRMJEEE merit list will be published on the official website and the merit list will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in the SRMJEEE 2021.

After the SRMJEEE result is declared the SRMJEEE Counselling Procedure 2021 will start on the basis of All India Rank obtained by candidates for the Engineering Courses.

SRMJEEE Counselling Procedure 2021:  The SRMJEEE Counselling Procedure 2021 will start immediately after the SRMJEEE Result 2021 is declared by the SRMIST.

a. A merit list will be prepared based on the total marks secured in the SRMJEEE (UG).

b. The examination result and counselling details will be published on the Institute website: www.srmist.edu.in and also intimated to the candidates through e-mail.

The SRM Joint Counselling Committee for Admissions (SRMJCCA) will conduct the joint counselling for the B. Tech admissions in SRMIST (all four campuses), SRM-AP Amravati and SRM-Haryana Sonepat.

The SRMJEEE Counselling Procedure 2021 in detail is as follows:

• The SRMJEEE Counselling 2021 or SRMJEEE Counselling Procedure 2021 will be conducted online by the SRMJCCA or SRM Joint Counselling Committee for admissions.
• The Counselling will only be conducted for the selected candidates who qualify the Rank list of the SRMJEEE 2021 based upon the merit list made on the basis of total marks obtained in SRMJEEE 2021.
• Candidates will have to log in on the Candidate Portal and check for the Rank List.
• The Qualified candidates will have to update their preference of course and campus after successful registration in the SRMJEEE Counselling.
• The seats will be allotted based upon the preferences marked by the candidates, availability of seat and total marks obtained in SRMJEEE 2021.
• The candidates after seat allotment will have to pay the remaining fee at the allotted institute and complete the documentation and admission procedure.
• If the candidate fails to deposit the remaining fees at the respective Institute or there is any failure or dispute in the documents required at the time of admissions, in that case, the admission stands cancelled.

After the SRMJEEE Counselling 2021 or SRMJEEE Counselling Procedure 2021 is completed and the candidates complete the remaining admissions procedure the new session of the first year of B.Tech. courses at the respective SRM campuses will start as per their schedule.
