SITEEE 2021: The SITEEE 2021 or SIT Engineering Entrance Exam 2021 will be conducted by the Symbiosis International University for admissions into the BTech undergraduate courses offered at SIT, Pune or Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune.

The SITEEE 2021 will be conducted tentatively in the 2^nd or 3^rd week of May, 2021 and the Application Form for the same is expected to start from the 2^nd week of January, 2021.

The SITEEE 2021 will be an Online (Computer Based Test) of 90 minutes duration having a total of 60 Questions divided into three sections with no negative marking.

SITEEE 2021 Key Points:

SITEEE Application Form 2021: The SITEEE Application Form 2021 will be available online tentatively from the 2^nd week of January, 2021 on the SET official website: www.set-test.org.

The SITEEE Application Form 2021 can be filled by following these steps:

• Visit the official admission portal of SIU: www.set-test.org 
• Click on the registration link
• Enter your name, mobile number, email Id, Category and preferred test city
• Upload your recent passport size colour photograph in .jpg, .jpeg or .png format. The maximum size of the photo should not exceed more than 100kb.
• Click on “Save and Continue” option to complete the SITEEE registration

Upon submitting the registration form of SITEEE 2021, candidates will receive an I.D. and a password which they will need every time to access their account.

Steps to Fill the SITEEE Application Form 2021:

• Login at the SET candidate portal.
• The application form of SITEEE 2021 will be displayed on the screen.
• Enter your personal information such as name, parent’s name, date of birth, category and communication details.
• Enter your educational qualification details (Class 10th and Class 12th marks, percentage, passing year and board name).
• Select your course choice; you can select both BA LLB and BBA LLB or just one programme.
• Check all the information to ensure that all entries are correct and complete and submit your application form for fee payment.

SITEEE Application Form 2021 - Fee payment

Select the mode of payment. The SITEEE application fee can be paid in online or offline mode. Candidates who select the online mode will be redirected to the payment gateway. The online fee payment can be done by using a credit card or debit card or by net banking option.

Candidates who select the offline mode of payment will be required to generate the e-challan. The application fee of SITEEE should be paid by using the demand draft in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune.

Before filling the SITEEE Application Form 2021 the candidates must read the information brochure for details like Institute Profile, Seat Availability, Admission Process, Eligibility etc.

SITEEE Eligibility Criteria 2021: The SITEEE Eligibility Criteria 2021 is necessary for students to read before doing registration for the examination.

The Eligibility Criteria is important for any examination because even if a candidate does not fulfill a single criterion of the eligibility criteria declared for the examination then the candidate is not allowed to appear for the examination or even after appearing for the examination and clearing the same the admission through the examination stands cancelled or void.

SITEEE Eligibility Criteria 2021 for Indian:

Qualification:

• Candidate must have passed class 12^th or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
• If the candidates appearing in class 12^th examination are eligible to apply.

Minimum Marks Requirement:

• Candidate must have secured at least 45% marks in their class 10+2.
• For SC/ST candidates, marks relaxation is 5%.

SITEEE Reservation Policy:

Scheduled Caste (SC)                             : 15%

Scheduled Tribes (ST)                           : 7.5%

Differently Abled                                   : 3%

Kashmiri Migrants and Kashmiri Pandits/ Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) living in Kashmiri Valley       : 2 seats per programme

International Candidates                          : 15%

Eligibility Criteria for International Candidates:

Symbiosis Center for International Education (SCIE) earmarks 15% of the total intake of the respective program for international students which include, Foreign Nationals (FN), Person of Indian Origin (PIO) Card Holders, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holders, and Non-Resident Indians (NRI)

• Foreign National (FN): A student is eligible to apply as a Foreign National (FN) if he/she is a citizen of any country other than India and holds a foreign passport.
• Person of Indian Origin (PIO): All the existing Persons of Indian Origin cardholders registered as such shall be deemed to be Overseas Citizens of India cardholders.
• Overseas Citizen of India (OCI): A student is eligible to apply as OCI if he/she is granted with Overseas Citizenship of India and has an OCI card.
• Non-Resident Indian (NRI): A student is eligible to apply as a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) if the candidate has appeared for either 10th or 10+2 (equivalent to the Indian 10th or 12th) examination outside India. It is mandatory for NRI students who have appeared for their 10th standard exam outside India and 12th in India.

SITEEE 2021 Subject wise Distribution of Questions and Marks:

SITEEE Participating Colleges 2021: SITEEE Participating Colleges 2021 or SITEEE Participating Institutes 2021 includes only one institute i.e., Symbiosis Institute of Technology because SITEEE Score is only accepted by Symbiosis Institute of Technology for the following courses:

Students must go through the Participating Colleges and their seat distribution before filling up their choices for admissions in the counselling procedure. The candidate has a clear idea about the chances of getting admissions through this entrance examination after reading about the participating colleges in detail.

The Participating Colleges in any Entrance Exam also reflect the importance of that examination in a great manner as more important the participating colleges in an examination the more important that entrance examination becomes.

So, students must go through the Participating Colleges while applying for any entrance examination and do a thorough research about the quality of those participating colleges in the entrance examination.

SITEEE Admit Card 2021:  The SITEEE Admit Card 2021 or SITEEE Hall Ticket 2021 will be available for download from 14th June 2021 to 27th June 2021 on the official website of SITEEE: www.set-test.org .

Download the SITEEE Admit Card 2021 by following below-mentioned steps:

• Visit the above-mentioned official website.
• Click on the SITEEE Admit Card link.
• Enter the ID and Password
• Admit Card will be displayed on the screen and check all the details.
• Download and Print the SITEEE Admit Card 2021.

The Admit Card is an important document and must be carefully kept by the candidates as it is necessary to produce at the Exam centre while appearing for the Entrance Examination and without the same the Candidate is not allowed to enter the exam hall to appear for the entrance examination.

The Admit Card usually contains the details of the Exam Centre, Personal Details of the Candidate like Name and Date of Birth and other important information including the Instructions.

Candidate must carry any one of the following ID:

• Passport.
• Driving license.
• Voter ID Card.
• Pan Card
• AADHAR Card (UID)

Important Instructions:

• An authorized person will verify and authenticate your Admit Card against the photo-id on the day of the test
• Cell phones, calculators, watch calculators, alarm clocks, digital watches with built in calculators/ memory or any electronic or smart devices are not be allowed in the test hall.
• Candidates will not be allowed to leave the test hall till the test is completed. After submission of the test, candidate will not be allowed to re-enter the test hall.
• Candidates are advised to locate allocated test center at least a day in advance to avoid any issue on the day of the test.
• Travel and staying arrangements will need to be done by the candidates.

SITEEE Result 2021: The SITEEE Result 2021 will be published online on the SITEEE website: www.set-test.org .

Check the SITEEE Result 2021 by following the below mentioned steps:

• Go to the official website i.e., www.set-test.org .
• Click on the SITEEE Result
• Enter the ID and Password.
• Result will be displayed on the screen.
• Download and Print the SITEEE Result 2021 for further admission process.

The SITEEE Result contains student name, subject wise marks, etc.

After the declaration of result, SIU declares the merit list also.

SITEEE Counselling Procedure 2021:  The SITEEE Counselling Procedure 2021 will start after the SITEEE Result 2021 is declared by the Symbiosis International University. The Counselling is done on the basis of the Candidates performance in SITEEE.

Based on the Marks obtained in SITEEE 2021 the merit list for each category will be prepared for admissions into SIT, Pune.

There will be one Merit List and wait list of candidates selected in SITEEE based upon the number of seats offered by SIT, Pune in the different Engineering Branches.

Since the admissions in SIT, Pune is also based on JEE Main and MHT CET therefore the seats are divided accordingly.

The Candidates selected in the Merit List will have to fill their choices of Branch that they want in SIT Pune and according to the seat availability, Candidate’s Rank in Category Wise Merit List and the choices filled by the candidates the seat allotment will be completed.

Once the candidates are allotted a seat at SIT, Pune. They will have to complete the admission procedure by depositing the Admission Fee and complete the Document verification and other admission formalities.

Once the admissions in SIT Pune are completed for all the B.Tech courses through SITEEE, JEE Main and MHT CET. The classes for the new session of the first year will start at SIT, Pune as per their schedule.
