NCERT CEE: NCERT CEE 2021 or NCERT Common Entrance Examination will be conducted by NCERT for admissions into the 4 years Integrated B.A. B.Ed. and BSc. Bed. Courses offered at the 4 Regional Institutes of Education namely at: Ajmer, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal and Mysuru respectively.

The NCERT CEE is a 2 hours duration offline examination having 80 questions divided into 3 different sections. The Examination will be conducted tentatively in the 2nd week of June, 2021 and the application for the same will be available tentatively from the 1st week of February, 2021.

This is the most important entrance examination for studying B.Ed. in India after 12th and it has been only in the recent years since the Education Ministry and NCERT have introduced the 4 year Integrated B.Ed. courses directly after 12th.

NCERT CEE Application Form 2021:  The NCERT Application Form 2021 will be available tentatively from the 1st week of February and will be available tentatively till the last week of March, 2021.

 

The Application Form will be available only in the Online Mode on the NCERT CEE Official website: http://cee.ncert.gov.in/

 

The Application Form Fee for NCERT CEE 2021 will be as follows:

  • INR 1000 for General/OBC Candidates
  • INR 500 for SC/ST/PwD Candidates

 

The NCERT CEE Application Form 2021 can be filled online by following these steps:

  • Registration – Register yourself by following the link “Registration Form” in the CEE 2021 website at https://cee.ncert.gov.in. For the Registration you need a valid e-mail id & mobile number
  • User Credentials: After you complete the registration you will be given a onetime password/user credentials displayed on the screen which you have to note down for complete CEE Processes.
  • Login: Login to the CEE 2021 website at https://cee.ncert.gov.in using Registration Number and the password that you had noted down during first time Registration.
  • Registration Number: On successful login you will be able to see your registration number and user name on the top right hand corner.
  • Applicant’s Index Page: On login you will see the applicant’s Index Page. Please read the instructions given there carefully and click Next
  • Applicants Basic Details Page: This will take you to the applicant’s basic details page. Please fill the details here. If you are physically handicapped remember to choose the category, if you are applying for Prarambh, State Institute of Advanced Studies in Teacher Education, Jhajjar, Haryana, then select the category, if you are from Hyderabad Karnataka remember to select the same. NTSE awardee should mention the year of passing. Then click Save & Next.
  • Confirm the Data: This will take you to the Confirm Screen/page asking you to check all the basic information data provided by you. If you are satisfied, you can proceed by clicking OK if not please click cancel button and make the necessary correction. Once you click "SUBMIT" button, you will not be able to make any further changes in the "Basic Information Page" If everything is correct please check the box indicating that “I have checked all the basic information provided by me and is correct” and then click the "SUBMIT" button
  • Exam Centre and Programme Details Page: This will take you to the exam centre and programme details page. I. Select your choice of exam center (you have Three choice, select as per your convince) II. Select the appropriate State / UT against which you are seeking admission. As a proof of eligibility of State / UT for admission the candidate has to produce any one of the following documents: a. Evidence of having passed the qualifying examination from the State/ UT as given in the advertisement. b. In case of legal guardian / parents is an employee of State/ Central Govt./ Govt. of India undertaking/ Autonomous bodies the latest certificate of place of posting in the State/ UT c. A domicile certificate from the competent authority. Candidates need to fill any one of the choices (a), (b) or (c).
  • Courses/Programmes: As per the eligibility and interest a candidate can select more than one course to apply in. Please check the eligibility conditions in respective courses for more details.
  • Qualifying examination- “already passed candidate” have to enter the marks at the time of application. The candidates, those are appearing in qualifying examination in year 2021 have to enter their mark as per the schedule below:
  1. Last date for submission of qualifying examination marks for 2021 appearing applicants of B.Sc. B.Ed. / B.A. B.Ed. / M.Sc. B.Ed. programme will be 10th June, 2021.
  2. Last date for submission of qualifying examination marks for 2021 appearing applicants of B.Ed./M.Ed. programme will be 01st July, 2021.
  • Photo and Signature Upload: Please make the photograph and signature graphics ready and available in your system. The photographs and the signature of the particular size and format to be uploaded here using the browse and upload buttons. After this, please click SAVE and NEXT button.
  1. Specification for candidate's Photo to be uploaded:
    • Image format should be in JPG or JPEG
    • Size of the photo image should be greater than 5 Kb and less than 40 Kb
    • Image dimension of photograph image should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5cm(height) only
  2. Specification for candidate's signature to be uploaded
    • Signature Image format should be in JPG or JPEG
    • Size of the signature image should be greater than 5 Kb and less than 15 Kb
    • Dimension of signature image should be 3.5 cm (width) x 1.5cm (height) only

Note: Please ensure that the photo and signature image of required dimension and size is available in your system / drive before you start the application filling process. Before clicking SAVE and NEXT button please ensure you have uploaded the correct photo and the signature. If not browse again and upload the correct one.

  • View Application: This will take you to the view application page. You can also preview your application here but cannot make any changes now. Please click on the confirm information button to proceed with payment.
  • Payment of Examination Fees: Payment should be made on-line through the payment gateway. (This payment will be updated only after two working days in the server).
  • Print the Application Form: Once your fee payment is through, you can print/save the application form. If you are selected through this entrance examination, the printed application form along with all the enclosures including the photocopy of the mark sheet to submit to the respective RIEs at the time of Admission Counseling. There is no need to submit a hardcopy of the application. The only online submitted form will be accepted; hardcopy and handwritten of the application will not be accepted.

Eligibility

NCERT CEE Eligibility Criteria 2021 for BA LLB: The NCERT CEE Eligibility Criteria 2021 is necessary for students to read before doing registration for the examination.

The Eligibility Criteria is important for any examination because even if a candidate does not fulfill a single criterion of the eligibility criteria declared for the examination then the candidate is not allowed to appear for the examination or even after appearing for the examination and clearing the same the admission through the examination stands cancelled or void.

NCERT CEE Admit Card 2021:  The NCERT CEE Admit Card 2021 or NCERT CEE Hall Ticket 2021 will be available for download in the 2nd  or 3rd week of May, 2021 on the official website of NCERT CEE: www.cee.ncert.gov.in .

Download the NCERT CEE Admit Card 2021 by following below mentioned steps:

  • Go to the official website i.e., www.cee.ncert.gov.in .
  • Click on the Download NCERT CEE Admit Card link.
  • Enter the Username and Password.
  • Admit Card will be displayed on the screen and check all the details.
  • Download and Print the NCERT CEE Admit Card 2021.

 

The Admit Card is an important document and must be carefully kept by the candidates as it is necessary to produce at the Exam centre while appearing for the Entrance Examination and without the same the Candidate is not allowed to enter the exam hall to appear for the entrance examination.

The Admit Card usually contains the details of the Exam Centre, Personal Details of the Candidate like Name, Photograph, roll number, signature, category of candidate and Date of Birth and other important information including the Instructions.

 

NCERT CEE Result 2021: The NCERT CEE Result 2021 will be published online on the NCERT CEE website: www.cee.ncert.gov.in .

Check the NCERT CEE Result 2021 by following the below mentioned steps:

  • Visit the above-mentioned official website.
  • Click on the result link.
  • Enter the Roll Number and Password.
  • Result will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download and Print the NCERT CEE Result 2021 for further admission process.

Weightage:

  • 60% from CEE and 40% from aggregate scores of B.A. B.Ed./ B.Sc. B.Ed.
  • Aggregate Score will be considered as:
  • For B.Sc. B.Ed. obtained marks of PCM or PCB out of Maximum Marks of PCB/PCM in qualifying examination.
  • For B.A. B.Ed. obtained marks of qualifying examination out of maximum marks of qualifying examination.

Tie Resolution:

  • If a tie occurs, then the preference will be given to the Teaching Aptitude Test score.
  • If a tie exists, then it will be decided on the basis of age.

Merit List:

After the declaration of RIE Result, merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks and merit list will consider 2 digits after decimal with rounding off.

Admission Counselling

NCERT CEE Counselling Procedure 2021: The NCERT CEE Counselling Procedure will start after the NCERT CEE Result 2021 is declared. The Counselling for admissions into the B.A B.Ed. and BSc. B.Ed. courses will be done in respective RIEs or Regional Institutes of Education.

The details of the Counselling and dates for the same will be notified individually at the official websites of the respective RIE.

The Counselling and Admission will be done on the basis of candidate’s category and the Result obtained in the NCERT CEE 2021.
