MHT CET 2021: The MHT CET 2021 or Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test 2021 will be conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell of the State Government of Maharashtra for admissions into the first year of four year degree courses in Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, B. Planning and first year of six years full time degree course of Pharma.D, B.Sc. (Honours) (Agriculture) / B.Sc. (Honours) (Horticulture) / B.Sc. (Honours) (Forestry) / B.Sc. (Honours) (Community Science) / B. Tech. (Agriculture Engineering) / B. Tech. (Food Technology ) / B. Tech. (Bio-Technology) / B. F. Sc. (Fisheries Science).

The MHT CET 2021 will be a Computer Based Test in which there will be two papers namely: PCM Group and PCB Group that will be conducted in consecutive days of 3 hours duration each.

The MHT CET 2021 will be conducted tentatively in the 3^rd or 4^th week of June, 2021.

The candidate seeking admission to first year Engineering and Technology degree courses it is mandatory that the candidate must appear for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
The candidate seeking admission to first year Pharmacy/ Pharm. D degree course it is mandatory that the candidate must appear for Physics, Chemistry as well as Mathematics and/ or Biology.
The candidate seeking admission to First year B. Sc. (Honours) (Agriculture) / B. Sc. (Honours) (Horticulture) / B. Sc. (Honours) (Community Science) / B. Tech. MHT CET Application Form 2021: The MHT CET Application Form 2021 will be available online on the MHT CET 2021 official website: https://mhtcet2021.mahaonline.gov.in/

The online Application Form will be available form the 1^st week of March, 2021 to the Last week of April, 2021.

The Application Fee for MHT CET 2021 will be as follows:

If the candidate opted for only PCM or only PCB in General Category, he/ she will have to pay Rs.800/- and for Reserve Category candidate from State of Maharashtra he/ she will have to pay Rs.600/-
If the candidate opted for both the groups i.e. PCM and PCB then for General Category, he/ she will have to pay Rs.1600/- and for Reserve Category candidate from State of Maharashtra he/ she will have to pay Rs.1200/-
For General Category Candidates from Maharashtra State, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), J & K Migrant candidates Rs.800/-
For Candidates of Backward Class Categories SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC, SEBC and EWS and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only. Rs.600/-

Upload of Photograph and Signature – Candidate must upload their recent Photograph and Signature in Online system
Payment of Fees – Candidate can make payment of Fees using Online Payment mode only.

To Upload Photograph And Signature Please note that all the applicants are required to upload their recent scanned/digital colour photograph and signature. The file size of the Photograph should be between 15 KB to 50 KB and Signature should be between 5KB to 20 KB per file. The online application system will not allow to upload files smaller or larger than the specified size. All Candidates have to upload their Photograph and Signature in ".jpg" format only and file name of Photograph and signature should preferably be photo.jpg and sign.jpg respectively.

For Uploading photograph:

Take your recent colour passport size photograph. The picture should be taken against a light/white background. In case the face on the photograph is not clear, your application is liable to be rejected. Candidate should upload such scanned/digital photograph.
File size of the Photograph should be between 15 KB to 50 KB, otherwise it will not be allowed by the System to upload.
To reduce the size, crop the image of the passport size photograph in MS Paint or any other Photo Editor.
Please ensure that only the full face portion is cropped and not the entire photograph. For Uploading Signature
The candidate himself/herself should sign (no capital letters) on a white paper with a black ink pen.
Scan the signature in 200 dpi (dots per inch) scanner resolution settings and the file size should be between 5 KB to 20 KB in .jpg format.
To reduce the size, crop the image of the signature in MS Paint or any other Photo Editor. Please ensure that only the signature portion is cropped and not the entire A4 paper on which you have signed. Once photograph and signature files are uploaded by the candidate successfully, the system will show on the screen Photograph and Signature that has been uploaded. If these have been correctly uploaded, you should now proceed further to make the online payment. To ensure the Photograph and Signature are within specified file size follow the following instructions
Open the digital or scanned photograph or signature in MS Paint by right clicking the photograph or signature.
Press Ctrl + W, a window will open which will have an option 'resize by %'. Here enter anything between 10 to 50% and save the file with an extension .jpg. · Check for the size of the file in 'properties'. If the file size is still not between 15 KB to 50 KB for Photograph and 5 KB to 20 KB, once again open in paint and resize it to bring it to within specified range.
Repeat this process till the file size is between specified range. Save this file with the file Name as mentioned above as photo.jpg and sign.jpg

Application Fee Payment: Application form processing fees as stated above is to be paid through online mode for which the service charges as per rules shall be applicable in addition to the application form processing fees.

Registration Process Completion: On successful payment of the application fee, a confirmation of the same will be displayed online. Candidates shall print the receipt for future references. After successful payment, Candidate shall take the print out of its online application form for MHT CET 2021.

Eligibility

MHT CET Eligibility Criteria 2021: The MHT CET Eligibility Criteria 2021 is necessary for students to read before doing registration for the examination.

The Eligibility Criteria is important for any examination because even if a candidate does not fulfill a single criterion of the eligibility criteria declared for the examination then the candidate is not allowed to appear for the examination or even after appearing for the examination and clearing the same the admission through the examination stands cancelled or void.

Nationality:

Candidate must be an Indian.

Age Limit:

There is no age limit for appearing in MHT CET 2021.

Qualification:

Candidate must have passed or appearing in class 12^th or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University.

Type C	A Candidate who does not fall in either Type-A or Type-B but whose Father or Mother is an employee of the Government of India or Government of India Undertaking and who has been posted and reported to duty in Maharashtra State before the last date for submission of Application Form for CAP.
Type D	A Candidate who does not fall in any of the above Type-A, Type B and Type-C but whose Father or Mother is an employee or retired employee of the Government of Maharashtra or Government of Maharashtra Undertaking.
Type E	Candidates passing SSC and/or HSC Examination from a recognized institution located in a disputed Maharashtra Karnataka Border Area and whose Mother tongue is Marathi.

All India Candidature-The Candidates having Indian Nationality are eligible under this Category.

Minority Candidature - The Candidate belonging to a particular Linguistic or Religious Minority Community from State of Maharashtra and as notified by the Government are eligible under this Category.

Candidature Type:

(1) Maharashtra State Candidature. – The Candidates having a Domicile of Maharashtra State / School Leaving Certificate mentioning the place of birth from Maharashtra / Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Authority from Maharashtra state are eligible for MS candidature.

(2) Other State Candidature (OMS). – The Candidates having a Domicile Certificate / Residential Certificate / Residence and Date of Birth Certificate issued from the competent authority other than Maharashtra state are eligible under this category. Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidates will be considered as OMS candidates.

(3) Minority Candidature – The Candidate belonging to a particular Linguistic or Religious Minority Community and belonging to the State of Maharashtra and as notified by the Government are eligible under this category.

(4) Children of NRI, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National – These types of Candidature Candidates are exempted from appearing for MHTCET 2021.

MHT CET Admit Card 2021: The MHT CET Admit Card 2021 or MHT CET Hall Ticket 2021 will be available for download tentatively in the 1^st week of April, 2021 on the official website of MHT CET: www.mhtcet2021.mahaonline.gov.in .

To Download the MHT CET 2021 Admit Card by Logging in to account by following the below mentioned steps:

Visit the official website
Enter the Login ID, Password and Captcha
Check the Education Program and click on Proceed
Pre-Requisite for MHT CET 2021 will be displayed on the screen then click on Proceed
Pop-up will be displayed and confirm it
Click on the Download Hall Ticket then select the subject either PCB/PCM
Admit Card will be displayed on the screen and check all the details
Download and Print the MHT CET Admit Card 2021.

To Download the MHT CET 2021 Admit Card without Login by following the below mentioned steps:

Visit the above mentioned official website.
Click on the Download MHT CET 2021 Hall Ticket.
Enter the Application Number and select the subject either PCM/PCB.
Admit Card will be displayed on the screen and check all the details.
Download and Print the MHT CET Admit Card 2021.

The Admit Card is an important document and must be carefully kept by the candidates as it is necessary to produce at the Exam Centre while appearing for the Entrance Examination and without the same the Candidate is not allowed to enter the exam hall to appear for the entrance examination.

The Admit Card usually contains the details of the Exam Centre, Reporting time at exam Centre, Personal Details of the Candidate like Application Number and Date of Birth and other important information.

MHT CET Result 2021: The MHT CET Result 2021 will be published online on the MHT CET website: www.mhtcet2021.mahaonline.gov.in . The Result will be declared online and can be viewed by the candidates in their personal Login of the MHT CET 2021 Portal.

MHT CET Result will be declared in percentile and State Common Entrance Test cell will declare the Merit List after verification of documents and eligibility.

While declaring the result, if a Candidate remains Absent in any one of subject in PCM or PCB, then the Total Marks for PCM or PCB will be declared as 'ABS' (Absent) as the Case may be.

The MHT CET Result is declared based upon the Normalization Done as per the “Normalization Procedure” as decided by the State Government Common Entrance Test Cell.

Special Note:

Percentile score is not the same as percentage of marks obtained.
Candidate applying for MHT CET 2021 is deemed to have accepted this Method.
Candidate should note that if he/she appearing for both the groups i.e. PCM and PCB, the Percentile score of Physics or Chemistry will not be interchanged among the groups.

Admission Counselling

MHT CET Counselling Procedure 2021:

The MHT CET Counselling Procedure 2021 will start after the declaration of the MHT CET Result 2021. It will be conducted online on the DTE Maharashtra Counselling.

State Entrance Test Cell (Maharashtra) is the authority to conduct the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for admission in courses mentioned above. The exam authority will invite the online application form from candidates with a valid MHT CET score. The candidates will have to register for MHT CET counselling through the official website of State Entrance Test Cell (Maharashtra). While filling the application form, the candidates must upload the scanned copies of relevant documents.

Detailed Counselling Procedure for MHT CET 2021:

The counselling process for MHT CET 2021 will begin only after the conclusion of the online application process for CAP. The candidates must register for CAP through the specified official website to be eligible for the MHT CET counselling process. The detailed counselling process for MHT CET 2021 can be checked below -

Document Verification	After the submission of online application for MHT CET CAP 2021, the candidates will have to visit the nearest facilitation centre for document verification. The printout of application form will have the list of documents that candidates must carry for the verification process. The in-charge of facilitation centre will verify the documents of candidates and issue a Receipt cum Acknowledgement The application form submitted by candidates for CAP shall be confirmed only after verifying the documents.
Display of MHT CET Provisional Merit List	After verifying the application form of candidates, the exam authority will release the MHT CET 2021 provisional merit of candidates. Candidates who feature in the provisional merit list are eligible to participate in the subsequent rounds of MHT CET counselling process. If the candidates have any discrepancy with the provisional merit list, they can raise an objection with the concerned authority. The provisional merit list of MHT CET 2021 is purely based on the rank secured by the candidates in the entrance exam.
Display of MHT CET Final Merit List 2020	After verifying the objections on the provisional merit list, the exam authority will release a final merit list for MHT CET 2021 CAP.
Display of Category-Wise Seats	Once the final merit list of MHT CET 2021 is released, the category wise seats or seat matrix is released for CAP rounds.
Filling Online Option Form	After checking the seats available for the respective CAP round, the candidates must submit the online choice form or online option form. The candidates need to login on the official website to fill the online option form.
How Many Options Can a Candidate Choose in the Options Form?	Each participant of the CAP is allowed to choose 300 choices of Institutes and Choices. The candidates must give priority number or reference number of each institute and course opted by them in the online choice entry form. After confirming the options in the online entry form, the candidates will not be allowed to make changes.
Display of Provisional Allotment	Before the final allotment of seats, a provisional allotment list will be published on the official website. The candidates can check the college he/she has been allocated. If the candidates secure a seat as per his/her first preference, the allotment will be auto freeze. Candidates who have been allocated seat other than the first preference must accept the seat by choosing Freeze option and report to ARC so that they are eligible to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling. Candidates who have been marked auto freeze must report to ARC within the specified date and pay the prescribed fee to confirm the allotment.
Reporting to Institute	Finally, the candidates must download the seat allotment letter and report to the institute within the specified date.

Note: The exam authority will conduct the CAP Round II and CAP Round III depending on the vacant seats available.

After the MHT CET Counselling Procedure 2021 is completed the admissions in the various Engineering, Pharmacy and Agricultural courses will be completed in the different colleges and the classes for the first year of the new session will begin.
