CA Foundation Exam 2021: The CA Foundation Exam 2021 or Chartered Accountant Foundation Exam 2021 will be conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or ICAI for enrolment in the Intermediate Course of the Chartered Accountancy Course.

CA Foundation Exam Application Form May 2021:
The CA Foundation Exam Application Form for May 2021 Exam will be available online on the examination portal of the ICAI or Institute of Chartered Accountants of India: https://icaiexam.icai.org/ tentatively from the first week of March 2021 and will be available till the last week of March 2021.
Before appearing for or filling up the Application Form for CA Foundation Exam the student needs to register for the Foundation Course either while appearing for the Class 12th or after passing the examination.
The Student can apply for the Foundation Examination after completing the 4-month of study of the Foundation Course Subjects.
The Procedure is as follows: Register with the Board of Studies of the Institute on or before the 1st day of January or the 1st day of July for the examination to be held in the months of May/June or November/December respectively. In other words, 4 months study period is required before appearing in Foundation Examination.
So, for appearing in CA Foundation Exam in May/June 2021 the candidate needs to register for the CA Foundation Course on or before 1st January 2021.

The CA Foundation Application Form May 2021 steps to be followed are as follows:
Step 1: Registration: Go on the ICAI Exam official site and Click on “Register Now” Complete your registration by filling the basic details like Email Id, Phone Number etc. Once the registration is complete please note down your registration number and password.
Step 2: Profile Completion/Filling of Application Form: After successful registration complete your profile details and fill your application form.
Step 3: Apply for the Examination: Select the Foundation Course and Click on Apply for Exam. Fill up the Exam details and submit.

CA Foundation Exam Admit Card May 2021: The CA Foundation Exam Admit Card for May 2021 exam in respect of all eligible candidates admitted to the Foundation examination, with their photographs and signatures on them, will be hosted on https://icaiexam.icai.org/ .
No physical admit cards will be sent to any candidate. Candidates are required to download and print their admit cards from the website.
Admit card printed from the website contains the candidate’s photograph and specimen signature, besides other necessary details and is a valid admit card for gaining admission to the examination.
One can Download and print their CA Foundation Exam Admit Card from the website: www.icaiexam.icai.org by completing the login using their Login Id and Password. After the Login the candidate can click on the Admit Card and download the same along with the “Instructions to examinees” on A4 size paper.
CA Foundation Exam May 2021 Result: The CA Foundation Exam Result for the May 2021 Exam will be declared by the ICAI on the official website of ICAI Exam Portal: www.icaiexam.icai.org .
The Candidates can check their result on this portal by completing the login through their Login details like Registration/Application Number and Password.
The ICAI or Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India declares the results of the candidate individually and also a merit list of all the candidates that appeared for the examination.
The CA Foundation Exam Result declares a candidate as pass/fail in the CA Foundation Exam and also releases the Merit list of around 50 or 100 top candidates who scored the highest marks.
Please Note: All the candidates who pass the CA Foundation Exam 2021 will be eligible for enrolling in the CA Intermediate Course.
To Pass the CA Foundation Exam Candidates must score a minimum of 40% marks in each Paper and minimum 50% marks in Aggregate of all the 4 papers of the CA Foundation Exam.
Joining Intermediate Course after passing the CA Foundation Exam May 2021:
The Candidates who are declared to pass the CA Foundation Exam 2021 in May 2021 can register themselves for the Intermediate course on the ICAI Portal: www.icai.org .
The successful candidates will have to register with the BoS or Board of Studies for the Intermediate course at the ICAI. The candidate can do the same after clearing the CA Foundation Exam.
After the Candidate registers for the CA Intermediate Course after clearing the CA Foundation Examination the studies for the Intermediate Course start for the student.
After this, the candidate has to complete 8 months of the study course and appear and pass in either or both groups of the Intermediate course.
