BITSAT - Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test

Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test  is a computer-based online test conducted by BITS, Pilani for admissions into the Integrated First Degree Programmes in Engineering, Science and Pharmacy at its three campuses namely: BITS Pilani, Hyderabad and Goa.

Application Fee : ₹3300 for Male Candidates, ₹2800 for Female Candidates and US $90 (₹6300) for Male and Female Candidates who choose Dubai as the Test Centre.

UGEE : IIIT Hyderabad

The UGEE  or Undergraduate Entrance Exam  will be conducted by IIIT Hyderabad for admissions into its Dual Degree courses after class 12^th. The admissions to the single degree programmes are conducted through various channels like JEE Main and Special Channel of Admission or (SPEC) given to Board Toppers etc.

The Dual Degree Programmes of IIIT Hyderabad is given admissions mainly through this UGEE or Undergraduate Entrance Exam and other routes include Olympiad/KVPY and DASA (For International Students).

The UGEE will be a 3 hours Computer Based Test divided into two sections namely: Section 1: SUPR or Subject Proficiency test and Section 2: REAP or Research Aptitude. The Section 1 and Section 2 are of 60 minutes and 120 minutes duration respectively.

VITEEE - Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination

The VITEEE or the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination will be conducted for admissions in the undergraduate Engineering courses after class 12^th or equivalent in all the VIT Campuses including VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT Andhra Pradesh and VIT Bhopal respectively.

The VITEEE 2021 will be conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology or VIT in a Computer based Test or CBT mode on multiple dates for which candidates can book their desired slot.

Application Fee :

• ₹1150 for Online Application.
• ₹1050 for applying via mobile application.
• US $50 for exam centres in abroad.
• ₹1250 for Offline Application.

SRMJEEE - SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination

The SRMJEEE  or SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination will be conducted for admissions in the undergraduate Engineering Courses after class 12^th or equivalent in the various Engineering Colleges of the SRM Group of Universities including SRM Institute of Science and Technology, SRM University AP – Amravati and SRM University Haryana – Sonepat

The SRM University also offers Direct Admission to students if they meet the following criteria :

• First rank students of all the Central and State Boards in India.
• Top 10,000 rankers in JEE Advanced.
• Top rankers in each district of Tamil Nadu and exemplary sportspersons at National and International level

MET – Manipal Entrance Test

The Manipal Entrance Test  or MET  will be conducted for admissions in the Manipal University for the following courses offered at the different institutes of MAHE or Manipal Academy of Higher Education.

The MET 2021 will be a 2 hours duration test consisting of Multiple Choice Questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English & Numerical Answer Type for BTech or Engineering while the BPharm or Pharmacy candidates can either opt for Mathematics or Biology as one of the sections while the other sections remain common.

Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE)

Amrita Schools of Engineering are private engineering institutes in India affiliated to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University, Coimbatore which is spread across its five campus :

 Amritapuri (Kollam), Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, and Amaravati. 

Amrita Schools of Engineering conduct Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE) along with Joint Entrance Examination – Main for admission to B.Tech programs and M.Tech admissions are based on Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

COMEDK UGET – State Level Examination

COMEDK UGET is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. The exam is a gateway for admissions to engineering and architecture courses offered by more than 120 colleges/institutes that accept COMEDK scores.

Apart from university level exams, there are many state level entrance exams as well that are conducted each year for admission into the undergraduate engineering courses offered by the participating institutes of the state such as UPSEE ,UKSEE , WBJEE,  MHT CET , AP EAMCET , KCET and KEAM . Students can appear in the state level entrance exams for admission into some of the top engineering institutes of the state.

We have discussed all the possible options available if the candidate isn’t able to qualify JEE . However, candidates must note that  JEE  is just a part of life and not the entire life. One can have a bright future even without taking JEE. Thus, don’t rely only on JEE and consider other options in life.
