NEET UG 2022 State Counselling Latest Updates

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the schedule for 15% all India quota (AIQ), deemed and central university National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET 2022) counselling. However, several states have already started the MBBS, BDS and postgraduate counselling for admission to medical courses based on the NEET 2022 scores.

MCC NEET UG counselling 2022 will be held for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government colleges and 100% in deemed/central universities, ESIC/AFMS, AIIMS, JIPMER, and BSc Nursing programs on the grounds of NEET 2022.

The 15 % All India Quota counselling for NEET 2022 will be held at www.mcc.nic.in . While the 85% state quota counselling will be held on the official websites of the respective state authorities.

Candidates who have qualified the NEET exam securing the minimum NEET cutoff 2022 are eligible for counselling of 15% AIQ seats. To participate in NEET 2022 counselling candidates will have to register themselves on the official website of MCC followed by choice filling and locking.

Candidates falling under PwD category of NEET 2022 reservation have 5% quota in AIQ central Universities. These candidates will have to produce a disability certificate from the assessment locking.

Once the registrations are over, candidates will have to fill and lock the choices of courses and colleges. Based on the choices filled, NEET 2022 rank, reservation, and other criteria, the authority will release the seat allotment list.

General candidates will have to pay a non-refundable security deposit of Rs 1000 whereas SC, ST, OBC and PH candidates will have to pay Rs. 500. Additionally, the General category candidates will have to submit a refundable registration fee of Rs. 10,000 whereas aspirants of SC, ST, OBC and PH category will have to deposit Rs. 5,000.

  • Punjab NEET UG 2022: The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has opened the registration window for the Punjab National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2022 counselling process. Candidates can apply online for the Punjab NEET UG 2022 counselling from October 7 to October 13, 2022. Candidates can register for counselling for admission to the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme through the official website of BFUHS – www.bfuhs.ac.in

Candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 5900 while registering for Punjab NEET UG counselling 2022. However, the registration fee for Schedule Caste (SC) category candidates is Rs 2950. Candidates who have qualified for the NEET UG 2022 exam are only eligible to apply for the MBBS and BDS programmes admission.

  • MP NEET UG counselling round 1 schedule released

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has released the schedule on official website https://dme.mponline.gov.in for MP NEET UG counselling 2022. The online  registration  for MP NEET counselling 2022 will start from October 12, 2022.

  • Assam NEET UG counselling:

The Directorate of Medical Education, Assam has released the NEET UG 2022 Counselling Schedule. Students who have qualified the NEET UG 2022 entrance exams and are eligible to appear for the NEET UG 2022 state counselling procedure can visit the official website https://dme.assam.gov.in  Assam NEET counselling to complete the applications.

As per the schedule released, DME Assam will be conducting the UG Counselling as per the MCC schedule for the state counselling process. The NEET UG 2022 Round 1 counselling for Assam will be conducted from October 17 to 28, 2022. Students who have qualified the NEET UG 2022 exams can apply for admissions to the MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc Nursing programmes.

• Kerala NEET Counselling 2022: The Commissioner of Entrance Examination, Thiruvananthapuram conducts the admission for Kerala NEET 2022. The authorities have started phase 2 of Kerala NEET admissions 2022. Registered candidates are required to submit their Kerala NEET 2022 scores by October 12 by 04:00 PM.

Based on the choices filled by the aspirants in the choice-filling session, NEET scores and seat availability, seats to 3,182 ( MBBS ) and 2,077 ( BDS ) courses in Kerala will be granted. Candidates who will be allotted seats will be required to report to the allotted colleges to complete the admission process. • Gujarat NEET Counselling 2022: The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Courses (ACPUGMEC) has started the registration process for the Gujarat NEET admission 2022 at the official website. Candidates can register online for the Gujarat NEET UG counselling 2022 till October 14, 2022, at 6 pm. Students are advised to read this article thoroughly as the scorecard of NEET-UG will be accepted by the various government and private medical and dental institutions of Gujarat through Gujarat MBBS & BDS counselling 2022. Applicants will get admission to 5,508 MBBS, 1,255 BDS, 2,262 BAMS, and 3,455 BHMS seats under 85% state quota and 100% private colleges through Gujarat MBBS, BDS counselling 2022.

• Rajasthan NEET Counselling 2022: The RUHS College of Dental Sciences, Jaipur, has officially declared the Rajasthan National Eligibility Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET PG) Counselling 2022 Round One Provisional Allotment Result on Friday, 7 October. • Meghalaya NEET Counselling 2022: Meghalaya NEET Counselling will start after completing 15% AIQ counselling. The Meghalaya NEET state counselling is Organized by the North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences. The Admission in MBBS & BDS courses is based on NEET Scorecard, and only NEET-qualified candidates can apply and participate in NEET Counselling 2022. The scorecard of NEET-UG will be accepted by the various government and private medical and dental institutions of Meghalaya.
