Harshita - With the announcement of Exam Dates for NEET 2021, NEET Application Form was going to begin from First week of April but we didn’t see their arrival till now, What you opinions on this?
Mayank - I think NEET 2021 application form will be released soon by NTA. Since the registration prosses is online so they have enough time
Harshita - Students in Class 11 and 12 start NEET preparations while some start preparing even before that. According to you what would be the most suitable time for them to start their preparations for medical examinations like NEET?
Mayank - In my opinion most suitable time to start preparing for NEET examination is with Class 11. you are advised to choose good online coaching from your home in this corona pandemic. Remember to crack NEET Exam you have to be consistent with your studies in class 11 and 12 and stay disciplined during these two most precious years of your life.
Harshita - Giving enough Mock Tests and good Mock Tests have been a concerning point for a lot of students before giving NEET. According to you what should be the right approach that a student must follow for giving Mock Tests before NEET?
Mayank - Mock tests can be your rank booster since you need to achieve this speed to solve 180 questions in 3 hours as per your exam pattern. It will also help improve your accuracy along with speed by Analysis & Performance Evaluation.
Harshita -It is always advised that a student who is preparing for NEET examination must go through the previous year papers of exam, According to you why it is important to solve the previous year question papers and how they are helpful for the student?
Mayank -In my opinion to crack NEET 2021 exam aspirants should start with solving previous year papers (NEET & AIIMS of last 10 years) then go through your own notes and short notes once. The best books for NEET exam will be NCERT Class XI and XII books. All you need to understand concept and their applications to solve MCQ’s rather than mugging up.
Harshita -Even though most of Class 11 and 12 NCERT books cover the relevant syllabus for NEET Exams. Can you suggest some books apart from these which might offer help and relevant knowledge to the students during their preparations?
Mayank - If you want to secure a good rank in NEET then previous year's question papers plays the same role as the theory section. in-depth analysis of the question papers will also help you judge which topics are important with respect to NEET. You will feel more confident while attempting easy, intermediate and advanced difficulty levels questions after solving previous years question papers of last 10 years
