JIPMAT 2022 Admission Procedure in IIMs

The Admission Procedure for the IPM Programmes offered at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu will begin just after the JIPMAT Result 2022 is declared by the NTA.

The IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu will prepare their own Final Merit list based on the JIPMAT Result 2022 and on other parameters. The Merit List will be prepared as follows:

Merit List: After evaluating all other parameters which include Profile Rating based on 10th and 12th score, Gender Profile, or Personal Interview, IIMs will prepare their own final merit list.

Offer Acceptance Fee and Withdrawal

After the declaration of the merit list, candidates will be asked to register for the expression of interest. The candidates who will successfully register in the expression of interest will receive the admission offer as per the vacant seat and his/her order in the merit list. A candidate receiving an admission offer from IIM Jammu and accepting the offer within the stipulated date needs to send along with Offer Acceptance, an Offer Acceptance Amount of Rs.50,000/-. If a candidate registers for the program, his/her Offer Acceptance Amount will be adjusted against Term I Fee. If a candidate subsequently wishes to withdraw the offer within the withdrawal date specified by the Institute, the Offer Acceptance Amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000/- as processing charges. If a candidate applies for withdrawal after the date specified by the Institute, no refund will be admissible. In the event of withdrawal from the Program after registration, NO refund of Offer Acceptance Amount & Semester Fee will be made.

Any dispute concerning Admissions for the IPM Batch 2022 would be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the territorial jurisdiction of the city of Jammu Only.

Criteria for making Merit List by IIM Bodh Gaya:

When the admission procedure at both IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya will be completed based on the JIPMAT 2022 Scores, the classes for the IPM Programme at both these IIMs will start as per their own schedule.

Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test 2022 or JIPMAT 2022 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency and the score of this examination will be used for admissions into the 5 years Integrated Programme in Management or IPM course offered by IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya.

NTA has been given the responsibility for only conducting the Entrance Examination JIPMAT, also the candidates need not apply separately to IIM Jammu and Bodh Gaya. 11.2        Candidates may note that applying to JIPMAT implies applying to the IPM of both the IIMs (Bodh Gaya and Jammu).

JIPMAT will be conducted for the first time this year and will be conducted as a Computer Based Test of 2 hours and 30 minutes duration. The Examination will have a total of 100 Questions divided into 3 sections namely Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension respectively.
