Make Proper Schedule and Time Table: The first thing that comes into the mind of students is when and how to study. Competitive exams like DU JAT require that students make a timetable strictly and seriously. The timetable must be dynamic and practical. Divide your time into all the subjects and their respective topics according to the exam syllabus and pattern. Manage your time in such a way that all the topics are covered. Make sure that you do not forget to devote some time to relax your mind as well.

Have an effective revision strategy:

Most coaching institutes conduct regular revision sessions for students; likewise, students who are managing their preparations without coaching must revise all important topics regularly. Proper Revision before the examination is a must to seal your seat in Delhi University.

One must devote the maximum possible hours to self-study. Study every topic in detail and practice as much as possible. Revise everything that is learned in classes every day.

Take out time for self and relaxation:

Although it may seem hard but try to take out an hour a day for relaxation. If students keep studying without a break or any rest, they are bound to fall sick or affect their mental health.

While preparing for exams, candidates should also take of their health. Better health can help for better preparations. Candidates should do yoga or exercise to keep themselves active. Take a nutritious diet during the preparation and avoid junk food. Take proper sleep of a minimum of seven to eight hours per day.

Students must remember that competitive exams are important but their health and wellbeing are of utmost priority. Especially in these challenging times when mental health is of prime importance one must take care of their mental health.
